In this episode of In the Circle, I have the joy of hearing from Haley today who asks an amazingly relevant question—How Do I Navigate Life As A Young Sober Person?

Who is my community going to be? Who am I going to get to hang out with? Who will want to hang out with this new version of me? How do I find other people who are interested in health and wellness as a person on a path of discovery?

Stepping onto a new path of recovery can be a scary experience, but knowing that you won’t have to do it alone makes the journey less intimidating. As you continue through recovery, you start to embrace new experiences. You start to look for new communities and new interests, and find the world as you know it expands.

Tommy discusses

  • There Is Life After Addiction
  • How to be alone and content
  • Why your world expands after recovery
  • How to find your community of like-minded people
