My guest in this episode of the podcast is Valerie Tookes.

Valerie is a health and wellness coach and is my personal health & wellness coach plus an amazing friend of mine. She has helping me shift from measuring my worth from the #'s on the scale to learning to love my body.

I wanted to have this conversation becasue of the many memes and jokes about gaining the “Quarantine 15” and non-stop happy hours. And I get it (and hey, have been there!) but I wanted to invite Valerie into having a conversation about easy and loving shifts we can make for ourselves during this time.

Valerie offers some wonderful insights on shifting habits and how to even start a new health & wellness journey during this time. Plus hanging out with her is like being on the receiving end of a warm hug.
