Creating A Quiet Place In Your Mind

A place to be with yourself, by yourself, and Muse

I used to have a place I could go and think, work things out or just be, and I thought as I don't have it anymore why not create in our mind? ANd when you do you get to take it with you wherever you go - not magic but magical!

So in this episode the process I bring this process to you, no snippets to make you buy but the whole thing is just for you. This is from a live call to a group so you get it as it happened. Please make sure you will be undisturbed and have nothing that needs your attention please come and join us in this lovely visualization with your eyes closed. It's really nice and we'll anchor (an NLP term - stimulus and response) so you can fire off this place in your mind whenever you want to.
