Agi Keramidas (00:03):
Welcome to Personal Development mastery
podcast. I'm your host, AgiKeramidas, and after the
milestone of 500 episodesearlier this week, I would like
to start this next chapter bysharing something personal,

(00:25):
something intentional. Inepisode 500 we looked back on
the journey the insights and thestones that build this podcast.
But today we are lookingforward. In episode 500 I told

(00:46):
the story of a man who built astone wall adding one stone its
day, that wall became somethingthat others could lean on. It Be
it also became part of him, andthat's how I feel about this
podcast. Over the past five anda half years, it has become part

(01:12):
of me. It is a foundation ofpurpose, discipline and service.
But here is the thing aboutwalls. Since we're talking about
walls, walls are not the end.
They are the beginning ofsomething new on the other side.
And at some point we stopbuilding and we start watching,

(01:38):
and that's where we are now, andI will bring this reflection on
to you. You have listened, youhave grown, you have reflected.
But perhaps, like many others, you are now at the threshold.

(02:03):
You are no longer asking, Howcan I grow? You are asking, what
is next? It's that question, that space between who you were
and who you are becoming. Thatmarks the beginning of the next

(02:25):
chapter. That's also where Ihave shifted, because while the
podcast has always been aboutideas and insights, I have come
to realise that transformationdoesn't happen through

(02:46):
information alone. It happens inpresence, in conversation, in
clarity. That's why I now workone to one with listeners like
you, not just as a coach, but asa guide, someone to help you

(03:09):
step beyond the wall and walktowards what's next, not with a
formula, but with focus, not bytelling you what to do, but by
helping you to hear your ownvoice more clearly. This isn't

(03:33):
about fixing it's about findingIt's about remembering who you
are when the noise quiets andthe path clears. So if you have
been listening for a while, andyou feel that nods, that inner

(03:57):
shift, that whisper telling youthere's something more for you,
then maybe this is your moment.
Maybe this isn't just episode501 it could be your turning

(04:18):
point. If you're ready, I'mhere, send me a message or email
and we'll have a conversationuntil next time Stand out, don't
fit in, and don't settle for alife that is less than what you

(04:40):
know is possible for you.
