And of course we talk about Real Estate. Remember that home we staged that I believe received a premium in the price because we staged it with Big Style Staging (what Episode was that)? Well, the Buyer walked AFTER the staged furniture was removed. UGH, listed it again and found a new Buyer, without the premium. Still, it was a good flip. Who is next?
