Today we’re going to talk about franchising. In simple terms, franchising is a business in which the owner licenses the operations, products, branding and knowledge in exchange for a franchise fee.
Many real estate investors are also drawn to franchising because of it’s entrepreneurial aspects and the ability to create passive income and financial freedom.
And my guest today, Lance Graulich, is considered the “King of Franchising”. Lance has over 25 years of experience with companies such as TGI Fridays, Wingstop, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, and Pinkbox Doughnuts in Las Vegas.
Lance also hosts the popular podcast “Eye on Franchising”.
