Looking back over the past 25 years or so, we have seen significant change in both the demographics in our country and the communities in which we live. Today, we scratch the surface on what has shifted for men in America and begin to explore what is driving behavior, especially in the last couple of years. This episode is a look at how to be better, both as men, women, and the mentors of the next generation, so that we can form a better, more inclusive, supportive, and forward-facing society.
