The bakery, which is called the "Mothership” by the staff, became a household name under Buddy’s stewardship leading to seventeen more bakeries, three restaurants, thirteen seasons of TLC’s “Cake Boss”, several spin-offs and books. Buddy’s list of celeb clientele includes Oprah and Britney and his award-winning designs have been featured in countless bridal and baking magazines.
