In this episode we are talking with Courtney Culnane, a therapist, business owner and podcaster who helps make peoples’ lives better by building self-assurance. After over a decade in private practice, she was inspired to help people on a larger scale, so she opened up a boutique counseling agency for mental health therapy, Leeward Counseling. Courtney also hosts a podcast, Time For Your Mind, which is a weekly dose of applicable therapeutic skills to increase self-assurance to improve your relationships, communication, success and overall happiness. This has blossomed into her self taught courses, Starboard Growth Programs.

Courtney shares her background, how and why she started Leeward Counseling and what she offers to her clients. She also reveals some secrets of self assurance and dives into why focusing on mental health is so important, especially for moms.
