Arejay (00:00):
Hello, lovely and
welcome to the essence of
expression podcast. Get ready toexplore insights, lessons,
practices and wisdom from Lifefor life. I'm your host, RJ,
healer, teacher, student andsage. I'm excited and honored to
have you with me on thisjourney. Let's dive in. What is
the thing that you want tocreate right now. What is that
(00:23):
thing that is calling yourheart, asking for your
attention, for you to follow, and when you have that thing,
when you know what it is, areyou actually following it? And I
want to talk about it justbecause the things that call to
(00:44):
you are for you. And now a lotof people will get this mixed up
because they think that becausesomething is for them, it is
eternally for them. Things havea season to them. They have a
period of time that they aremeant to be in our spaces,
right? So there are some thingsthat will be for us for the
(01:09):
duration of this lifetime. Thereare things that will be for us
for this moment, right, for likethe next 10 minutes. So it's
really important when you havethat, that inkling, that
feeling, that sensation, andespecially the ones that recur
(01:30):
right to follow it, and now, because something is for you
doesn't necessarily mean thatit's going to be this wonderful,
great experience, right? Becauseit might be a lesson that's
meant for you, and sometimeslessons can be hard, especially
when they are somethingdifferent than what we expected
(01:53):
or anticipated, right? And wehave to kind of adjust to that,
but just because it's notnecessarily pretty. Doesn't mean
it's not for you, because what'sfor you are the things that
serve you, that help you grow, that help you understand, that
help you improve. And sometimesthat is something that just
(02:17):
contributes to your life as is,and sometimes it is something
that comes to challenge you, tohelp strengthen you, okay,
right? Or comes to you to teachyou a lesson. And depending upon
how easily you can listen andfind the lesson, will often
(02:39):
determine how quickly you canmove through it, how how much of
a struggle it is or isn'tthrough the situation, and how
many times it repeats, right?Because the lessons that we
don't learn just change form andshow up again, right? Like it's
gonna keep showing up until youmaster the curriculum that
(03:01):
you're meant to master. But Iwant to know what's calling to
you right now, what's calling toyou to create right now. And I
really want to encourage you togo ahead and start creating
that. And if you're not creatingit because you don't know how to
create it, use your tools. Okay?Just because you don't know how
(03:24):
to create, it doesn't mean thatyou can't find a resource on how
to create. It doesn't mean youcan't work with someone to help
you create it. Um, find thetools, right? Like, don't let I
don't know how be an excuse, because in this day and age,
that's really what it is, right? It's a thing that we hide behind
(03:47):
because, yeah, you probablydon't know how. And you know
what? Most of the people who'veever done anything probably
didn't know how to do itinitially, and they had to
figure it out right now. Yes,there are some people who have
had people show them, but evenbefore they were shown, they
still had to figure it out, right? Like they just had help.
It wasn't just this knowledgethat was just there. It was
(04:08):
given, or they came across it,or they worked for it because
they read, they went, tookcourses, or they had a mentor,
right? So let's not create thething that are let's not, not
create the thing that our soulis calling us to, because we,
quote, unquote, don't know howOkay, Google it. Ask chat, GPT.
(04:34):
Ask someone who's done itbefore. Find someone who's done
something similar. If you don'tsee what you're wanting to
create. Sit with spirit and askspirit for more guidance for
like human version instructions, right? Whatever you got to do,
but start building it, and itmay come out really, really
(04:59):
well. And. May come out supersideways, but even if it comes
up super sideways, there areskills that you're building. You
can say that you've tried it,right? You can learn from it,
and you can do better. So it'sstill not a loss, right? And
(05:19):
it's just that time that ifsomething is calling to you and
has been calling to you for awhile and asking for you to
create it and bring it into thisworld, it's being given to you
for a reason, right? And the waythat you're wanting to bring it
in is probably the way that it'sneeded to be created for the
(05:42):
people who are meant to receiveit. So I'm gonna say that again,
the way that you want to bringit in is probably the way it
needs to be brought in for thepeople who are meant to receive
it. So now not everybody's meantto receive it, and that's fine,
but there are people who willbenefit from it, and the way you
(06:06):
innately want to do it, or theway it's coming to you, the way
you're envisioning it, right, try to stay as true to that
vision as you possibly can, because that's how it's needing
to come into this world, andyou're the one who's going to
want to bring it in this way. That's why it's being given to
you. So go create whatever thatthing is that's calling for your
(06:33):
attention, calling for you to bethe seed planter, the nurturer,
the curator, and bring it tolife. And if you don't have a
particular thing that's callingto you, right, if it's more of a
(06:55):
general, I need to changesomething in my life. I need to
build a better life for myself.Start building that. And if you
need help to start buildingthat, I have created a resource,
the 13 keys to living a life youlove, and you can go to 13
(07:18):
keys.com, so that's the number13 dash keys.com and sign up for
that resource. It's going to bea checklist that kind of takes
you through the road map ofcreating a life that you love.
And it'll have a supportingemail series with it to help you
start diving into some of thesekeys and start playing with
(07:39):
those energies and and living itand learning to embody it and
being intentional about ourlives. Thank you for your time
