Arejay (00:00):
Music. So the essence of expression. Podcast has done 100

(00:13):
episodes, and I want to saythank you to those of you who
listen and download and share. Iappreciate you very much. I
wanted to let you know what toexpect moving forward, it will
be making some changes, so Iwill be starting to add guests

(00:34):
to the podcast as we continuethroughout the year, and you can
also probably expect some moreguided exercises, like the last
week's episode. I just feel thatthere's a lot happening, a lot
going on, and more and morepeople are going to need some

(00:57):
extra support in stayinggrounded in remembering to like,
live in gratitude and stay Idon't even know what the word
is, but really just helpingnavigate through all The shifts

(01:18):
and wonkiness that are happeningnow and things that are coming
down the road. So I'll be addingsome more of the guided
exercises. It seemed that quitea few people like that, and it
was helpful to them. So lookforward to doing more of that.

(01:38):
Also. I will be changing thecover art. As soon as I get some
recent photos, I'll be updatingthat. So I will let you know
when that happens, but it'sstill going to be the same
podcast, same name, everythinglike that, that. It's just gonna
be the cover art that's gonnalook a little different. And I
don't want that to throw anybodyoff, so tonight, I really just

(02:06):
want to be grateful for all ofyou who listen and be grateful
to those that started me on thisjourney. Actually, this started
out as honestly, as anexperiment I was speaking and
doing, like micro podcasting, afriend of mine had gotten me

(02:28):
into that, um, when she invitedme to do hers, and we really
love those conversations, andthat platform closed, and like a
lot of US, kind of just stoppedtalking at that point. But what
I had noticed was that a lot ofthe conversations that we were
having, even just among thespeakers, I would say something,

(02:52):
and it would be a very differentperspective, where it would hit
the management way, where, like,it would really just sink in and
resonate and they like, oh. Butfor me, it was just normal,
right? Because I'm just voicingmy opinion, and, like, voicing
my perspective and my comingfrom my experience, and there
were a lot of like, shifts thatwould happen, and there were a

(03:15):
lot of lessons learned, and Iwould speak on things that
people hadn't thought of before, and so I didn't want to stop
that, because I could clearlysee that it was impactful and
impactful in a good way, right? So I kept going. And this

(03:35):
actually started as theexperiment. I was just like, I
wonder what would happen if Ijust talked every day, and that
was the initial the outset ofthis. When I first began this, I
literally daily, and it wasn'tlong before I burned myself out
on that. So I had to rethink, like, how often do we do this?

(03:55):
And it became weekly. And atsome point I even thought, like,
oh, like, are people listeningto people even care? And I had
stopped for a while to then comein contact with a wonderful
woman. She never speaking at awell, she was speaking a
conference, but like, we werehaving a conversation while we

(04:16):
were at the conference, and shewas just so energetic, and she
actually produced this podcastand things like that. And she
was like, Oh my gosh. Like, no,you absolutely have to start
back. Because I was telling her, like, do I start back? Do I not
start back? And I was thinkingof just like, leaving it alone,
so I almost didn't come back. And here we are now at, you

(04:38):
know, over 100 episodes. Sograteful for those people that
have helped me in this journey, grateful for you, my listeners,
and grateful to myself for eventrusting that and being willing
to go with this wild idea rightand and being willing to follow
the breadcrumbs and I share thatbecause I am truly grateful, but

(05:05):
I also share that as a lesson toyou, all right, that if there is
something that you can see, thatyou're doing that is making an
impact, right? And it's making apositive impact on people, and
it's something that you enjoy, right? Continue doing that. I

(05:27):
don't care if it looks crazy, Idon't care if it looks stupid. I
don't care if there are momentswhere we're like, does this even
fucking matter? Because if youcan help just one other person,
it's worth it, right? You'reprobably going to help more than
that. But even if it's just one,it's worth it, and really just

(05:50):
continue to do it, allow it toevolve and change, because it
will. A lot of times, it's goingto end up looking different than
what you had pictured it, right? And that's okay. But I do want
to encourage you that if thereis something and you can see the
impact that you're having, follow those breadcrumbs, right?

(06:13):
Follow that. Experiment withthat, play with that. See what
happens if and just be open andwilling to explore and go down
that path. So that's all I haveto say tonight, again. Thank you
guys so much. Still, kind ofcan't believe it's been 100

(06:35):
episodes.
