we get to manage, and we havethat right and that
responsibility to manage ourenergy. So what that looks like
is you get to actually controlwho does and doesn't have access

that they do have to you,because it's not necessarily the
same, the same across the board.You also get to do the things
that help you nourish your beingright. So the things that

rush right. You have to do that.And get to do all those things.
And when we learn how to do thatand that we can do that, and we

start to give ourselves thatpermission that is one of the
quickest ways for you to startto live a life that is going to
be more fulfilling, right? A lotless draining. It's going to be
exciting. So you really want tostart to look at where you're

allocating your energy in yourlife, and how that matches up
with like what you desire inyour life, because a lot of
times there's a mismatch there.And if we're constantly
mismatching that, that desire, Iwon't say you won't get it. It's

just going to take a wholefucking lot longer than if you
can align that right. So whenwe're creating this really
taking the time to assess whereenergy is going to figure out
whether that's actuallycontributing or detracting from

us, creating this desire that wehave for our lives, it's going
to be crucial, and alsorealizing that as you do this,
you get to play with it, andthings are gonna shift, and
things are gonna change, right?Because what was important today
isn't necessarily gonna be thesame thing that's important to
you tomorrow or a week from nowor two months from now, so

allowing that to change andconstantly be evaluating like,
what is it that I desire? Whatis it that I'm bringing into my
life and actually wanting tobring into my life, versus where
am I putting my energy? And whatis where I'm allocating my
energy? What is that bringinginto my life? And is that

matching up to that desiredstate? Because, if it's not, we
got some work to do, and that'sokay, like it happens it's not
necessarily going to be 100%congruent 100% of the time. I
don't even know if it's 100%congruent ever but the point is,
is you want to get it as morelike more and more congruent as
and and move closer and closerto that alignment as possible

for you in every moment. So Ijust wanted to share that with
you, because I'm seeing a lot ofpeople who are not they're not
managing their energy, and someof it is because they haven't
realized that. One, they havepermission. Two, they have the

right and three, they have theresponsibility. And some of
them, it's because there's stillsome like they have that
awareness, and they're doingthat to the best their ability.
And sometimes it's a lack ofcongruence due to blind spots.
Right? We get better and betterat this, the more we work on it,

and the more you are in sphereswhere things can be reflected
back to you, so that you canbecome aware of them. Because
oftentimes we don't perceivethem initially. And it may take
a few like, repetitions and itbeing brought up for it to like,
click that, oh, oh, shit. Thisis a thing that I do do. I want
to keep doing that. Do I, youknow, like, do I have the tools

to change it if I don't, um,etc, but you get to protect your
energy, right? That is yours tomanage, and the more you learn
to manage it and direct it forthe life that you desire and the
things that you desire, andthose experiences that you

desire, the more you're going tolove your life, because you're
putting your energy into thosethings and moving toward that.
State of what's desired, andit's gonna show up. So I just
