In this episode, I take a more practical look at how to set goals this year, so you don’t just write them down then forget about them again.

Total transparency - this episode was inspired by a conversation I had with my own mentor and coach about my goals for 2024.

Yes, I still invest in coaching for myself, and I’ll always do that so I not only accomplish my goals, but also, so I get there in the quickest most effective way.

My perspective on coaching…

If I want to accomplish something, I’m not going to “do it on my own” making mistakes, having to figure them out, then redirect… all of that wasted time!

I’m going to get council and guidance from someone who’s faced the challenges I face and successfully overcome them to achieve the things I want to achieve.  Seems a no brainer, doesn’t it?

Now that we have that out of the way…

I start our goal setting conversation in this episode with a few powerful reminders so you’re set you up for creating doable, meaningful goals for 2024.

Then I give you a question directed process to complete BEFORE creating your goals, and I share reasons this process is vital, and offer examples too.

Finally, I share a step-by-step how-to for creating your goals in the most effective way with examples.

And I help you avoid the biggest mistakes I see women make.

This is the exact process I walk my clients through that helps them create powerful, doable goals and actually achieve them!

Once you’ve listened and implemented this process, send me a DM or email sharing your experience creating goals this way.

And… tell me your 2024 goals!
