The path from failure to success is sometimes over-reported. The missing part is the story of how failure can be seen as Success Wrapped In Overalls.change their careers so often.
When I envision someone in overalls, I'm seeing a blue-collar worker working in a factory environment. The most image that readily comes to my mind is that of a car assembly workers clothed in a specialized jumpsuit or overalls. They are committed to getting a job done, which for them is a measurement of success.
Along the way, they experience both positive and negative experiences. The negative experiences could be seen as failures. But because they are committed to a mission of completing these cars, they learn from these experiences and forge ahead to create a finished product.These people are working change their careers so often.
Each negative experience becomes a learning rather than a failing experience.These people work hard at going after the end result.
So it is with yours and my setbacks that could derail us if we let it.
