Please join me in welcoming Dr. Kahkshan Ali, a Dentist, certified Life Designer® Coach, High-Performance Coach, and loving mom to a beautiful 13-year-old. Dr. Kahkshan faced her fair share of challenges in having been married to two different narcissists, being divorced twice before the age of 30, finding the love of her life at 40, and having a rainbow baby at 44. After years of creating a successful dental practice, Dr. Kahkshan decided to take her personal growth experience and become a life coach to serve other women who struggle with worthiness, confidence, and greater empowerment.
Dr. Kahkshan talked about the importance of doubling down on her faith and trust in God, looking for a growth opportunity, and what her part was in both failed marriages. It’s easy to blame others or feel lost in times of distress, but what can turn a bad situation into a blessing is your perspective and willingness to go deeper. She learned through her personal growth journey working with coaches that perspective is everything.
One of the gifts of learning to trust your intuition is being able to tell when a situation is good or bad for you. Your intuition is your direct communication to your higher self and that of the divine. Tuning into your inner wisdom and trusting your gut instincts can guide you to being your most authentic. Looking back, Dr. Kahkshan realized she had ignored her intuition and the ensuing red flags.
Intuition arises from our subconscious awareness, past experiences, and innate values. Make time for regular self-reflection rather than getting caught up in self-doubt or other people’s expectations. Notice when you feel energized or uneasy about a choice—that’s your intuition communicating what matters most to you. Start small by listening to your intuition around simpler decisions, building confidence in your innate wisdom over time. By checking in with your core self and daring to honor those intuitive nudges, you open the doorway to greater alignment, fulfillment, and empowerment in all facets of your life.
Dr. Kahkshan realized how powerful and healing was in her life by working with a coach and focusing on her personal growth and development. She fell in love with the coaching process and realized that life was better in all areas through coaching. She became a High-Performance Coach and then, a few years later, discovered that she wanted to refine her coaching skills and learn how to tap into her intuition as a coach. She became certified in the Life Designer® Coach Academy, a certification for conscious coaches worldwide. Dr. Kahkshan discovered her calling (or second act) as a life coach to empower women to become their most authentic, fulfilled selves. She realized that women healing from traumatic relationships need support in learning how to find love within themselves.
