Revisiting & Exploring What is Creative Spirit?

In this episode, I return to the theme of Creative Spirit, revisiting and expanding a conversation I first explored in an earlier episode. As my teaching has evolved, this concept has continued to deepen and reveal itself in new ways. Creative Spirit can mean many things. It can describe a person who naturally lives life as a creative spirit—someone drawn to beauty, expression, and imagination. It can refer to creative inspiration itself, that spark or impulse that arrives unexpectedly. And it can also be experienced as a higher guiding force—whether understood as the universe, God, energy, intuition, Spirit Guides, or the Divine—quietly leading and shaping the creative process. In this episode, I share my own lived experience with Creative Spirit and why this is a term I've recently adopted and now regularly use in my teaching. This conversation is an invitation to soften control, listen more deeply, and reconnect with creativity as an inner guidance system—one that bridges spirituality and the human experience, and gently leads us back to ourselves.
