Dara Torres is a legend of the Olympics. She's the first swimmer to represent the United States in 5 olympic games starting in 1984. She has 12 total medals including 4 Gold, 4 Silver, and 4 Bronze. Dara is the author of two books, “Age is Just a Number" and “Gold Medal Fitness”. She's also a mom of a teenager.
