上周末，不明白播客在荷兰阿姆斯特丹举办的一场线下活动中，袁莉与张洁平、Ian Johnson就以“川普新政下的欧洲、中国与公民社会”为主题，一起讨论了：美国的对外援助如何影响公民社会的建设？在这样的时刻，公民社会应该如何应对？在海外参与公民运动可以帮助改变中国吗？身为普通人的我们又该如何自处？
