Today's episode's main focus is manifestations and affirmations. The Law of Attraction has had a huge impact on my life and I believe it has been what has helped me through some of my darkest times. I thought alcohol was helping me cope. I was so obviously wrong.  

For the past year I have been going through my recovery and growth process at the same time as my spiritual awakening so I've been doing a lot of research. There are 12 Universal Laws as well as 12 Steps to Recovery. I discuss why I believe the two have similarities.  

Tips, Tricks and WTF is this? Tip #14: Be grateful for what you do have. This is the easiest tip and the most beneficial in some situations. Think thoughts of gratitude for the positive things going on in your life currently. 

Trick for tip #14: State 5 things you are grateful for first thing in the morning when you wake up.
