RECIPE:
SALSA VERDE!
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 big handfuls of basil and parsley
- 1 handful mint
- couple of cornichons or gherkins
- 3-4 anchovies/teaspoon capers
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 tbs red wine vinegar
- 8 tbs your best olive oil.
Pulse in the blender, (don't blend all the way to hell)
