In 1995, staff at The Department of Children Services and police in Tacoma, Washington were on high alert of one of their younger residents... not because she was probably in distress... but because they had no idea where she was. During the investigation however, police and DCS would come up short... and it would leave Tacoma residents asking.... where is she?
