This episode’s guest was Paul Jesse. Two weeks after this recoding on July 14th, Paul will be running the immensely challenging Hardrock 100 Miler in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado; a dream race of his that he has been pursuing for nearly a decade. Paul has agreed to a pre-race recording and a post-race recording on All Bodies Outside. This episode is his pre-race recording. Additionally, I’ll be pacing him for the last 18 miles of the race and hopefully not causing him to drop out. I’m extremely grateful to be a part of Paul’s Hardrock journey for several reasons including that I’m hoping my name gets picked for next year’s race. Lastly, for his Hardrock training, Paul has been using the coaching services of Nick De La Rosa who was featured on Episode #9. Paul, I’m ready to be up in Silverton with you!
