Something happened to me recently that I want to share with you. And it's rooted in ANGER! I have never been a person anyone would describe as angry. Words people would describe me as: nice, friendly, sweet, kind, helpful. Angry? Absolutely NOT!
But today I'm sharing a story with you that changed me. This was a personal growth opportunity for me and I grabbed it and ran with it! I can't wait for you to hear how getting angry actually empowered me and learn how accessing your own emotions can empower you too!
