Another week, so you know with every new week you can expect new content from your favorite father & son podcast being Black Men Vent Too ✌🏽 Excited to have our faithful followers, and new followers be a part of our platform today. A great episode today that we have for you guys, let’s lock in! 😎 If you know our platform well, then you know there have been a few times where we’ve put a “twist” in our episode . Although the name of our podcast is “Black” Men Vent Too, we know that the mental health conversation needs to stretch further past someone’s skin color. So every blue moon, we will put a twist in our content to show others that we are inclusive in what we do to change Nashville and our communities around the taboo subject of mental health. Presenting to some, introducing to others, an ICON in the principalship position with Metro Public Schools, guys we have none other than Mr. Steve Ball ⭐️ venting on today’s show! Born and raised in California, but a majority of his life was spent in the school system. Mr. Ball dedicated 28 years of service to being a principal, and after retirement, still had his hands in the education system. He vents with us about the pros and cons of being a principal. Mr. Ball states that he’s experienced a lot of trauma during his time : students shot and/or killed , a teacher passed during the school day , earthquakes , and more . But he talks about the reward(s) that has come from every experience he’s had, and has dedicated the remainder of his life to God, giving back, and supporting his kids and grandkids. “You guys poured more into me than I ever poured into you.
