Tavis comes to the show to vent about how there is a “lack of encouragement” from black man to black man. We talked about how encouraging one another can be hard, though, when dealing with your own issues and not being able to be there for others . Patience is a virtue, and often times it takes patience with yourself and others when you are exercising encouragement towards one another.
