What do you do when you find yourself in a funk or a fog? As we grow and evolve, our progress is not always a consistent incline. There are bumps in the road, highs and lows, ebbs and flows. After more than a year of pretty consistent personal growth and evolvement, I recently experienced a hurdle of disappointment and sadness that was in danger of becoming pessimism and possibly depression.
