Near Austin, Texas a school board majority continues to employ the only known Superintendent in the state with a permanent restraining order for family violence. The board majority protects him despite the loud and public objections of two members of the school board, Dr Mary Bone and former US Air Force captain, Danielle Weston. In this episode, Bone and Weston share their thoughts and what you should know about this troubling situation that impacts 46,000 precious students and a primarily female workforce of over 6,000 in the Round Rock Independent School District. We discuss and ponder why the board majority and Texas Educational Agency continue to allow a man with a restraining order full access to public school children. Go to @boneandweston and leave a comment if you think a person with a restraining order for family violence should be a school superintendent or left alone with children.
