We sit down with 1st Lt Danielle Ritzau and discuss her background that led to her join the Air Force as a nurse, the requirements to becoming a Direct Accession, and the process she went through from initial nurse schooling, all the way through attending Total Force Officer Training (TFOT) (a.k.a Officer Training School).
