Real life involves speaking and communicating every day. Today I want to talk you through a brief meditation practice to just train yourself to make mindful communication a habit. The goal here is to get you to speak mindfully. Taking note of the way you speak and how it impacts others. This means removing unnecessary gossip, unkind and divisive words.

I would recommend listening to this episode everyday for at least 5 days and let me know how it impacts the way you speak and your relationships with others.
