Tara Anne Kochie is a young mother, grandmother, and a veteran married to her best friend. They've been together for 33 years. She is a spiritual wellness and empowerment mentor.  Tara embarked on her spiritual and healing journey in 2012 after a series of physical and emotional breakdowns. She was released from the military in 2016 and since then, has been embodying her authentic self through divination, self love, energy healing, and astrology and by doing this, she has conquered depression, old stories, unhealthy patterns and over the last seven years, has dedicated her time and energy to redefining wellness for herself. In 2020, she co-created The Find Yourself Foundation, a peer support community, to introduce and unite individuals as peers in environments that support and inspire collective healing, self-discovery, and optimal mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Tara says she has mastered her emotions through spiritual practices, connecting to her heart, her purpose, her guides and angels. Today, we will talk about the role angels have played in her life.
