Emily Burds, Amy Lewey, Angie Hoover, and Deanna Jackman-Steggall sit down to chat about their experience in Washington, D.C., back in May, where they attended the TEA National Conference!
In part one, the gals dive into the first part of their week, which was spent taking part in the Advocacy Academy and Capitol Hill visits. They discuss their experiences as first-time attendees and veterans and what they learned about advocating for employee ownership on behalf of Rayser and the entire state of Iowa. They recap all their meetings and which Senators and Representatives they interacted with.
