Louis Andres was named Mansfield's Public Works Director in January of 2024. Andres was known locally for a long time as the park manager at Malabar Farm State Park. Louis spent over 30 years working for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Andres was born in Middletown Ohio, near Cincinnati, and is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford.
