I've always believed that letting go meant that it had to come with pain and sorrow and well that may be true, that some letting go comes with heartbreak, it doesn't mean that is how it always has to be.
We can learn how to let go of things, people, ideas, beliefs and stories that we carry around with us, with love. And sometimes that feels really hard. like when you know you have to let go of someone in your life who may not be good for you, sometimes that is meant with anger and resistance or even sadness. But what I have learned in life is that how you do one thing, is how you do everything. It is how we choose to let go that will dictate how the letting go process will be for you.
Join me for a conversation on how to let go in your life, with love. How I learned how to do it and how it is within the letting go that actually frees you and heals you deeper than you can ever imagine.
