Welcome Shimrit.

Rose (01:29):
Thank you so much, Rose.
I'm excited to be here.

Shimrit (01:32):
And I'm excited.
I'm excited that you are heretoday, so we're gonna just dive
right in.
You've had a very interestingjourney with many
transformations.
I was reading your bio and I'vebeen looking at your website.
Can you start by telling us alittle bit about your personal
path and how you went from beinga musician, which I found
fascinating, to living in natureand then building a six-figure

(01:55):
business?

Rose (01:56):
Yes, all right.
Well, first I first lived innature actually and then I
became a musician actually andthen I became a musician so I
moved out to live kind of offgrid in my very early 20s.
So it was really a relationshipthat took me there.
I lived there for five yearscollecting or chopping wood for

(02:21):
fire and cooking on fire andwarming the water for the bucket
shower on the fire andcollecting herbs and growing
vegetables, and it was a verydifferent life than what I'm
leading today.

Shimrit (02:39):
Can I ask where it was ?
Where were you?

Rose (02:41):
It was in Israel, so I'm originally from Israel.
I live in Germany now for thepast eight years.
We had electricity, so we hadlight and we had a fridge and we
had cold tap water.
One tap with cold water andthat's it.
So no, like real structure, like nothing really.
No bed no, you know nothinglike that.

(03:04):
No proper kitchen, no toilet,no shower.

Shimrit (03:09):
And were you by yourself or were you in a
relationship at the time?

Rose (03:12):
I was in a relationship, so I basically joined who then
was my partner, and we livedthere together for a few years.

Shimrit (03:20):
Wow, that's very brave .
I don't know how many peoplewould do that.
I think you know that is thefar side of glamping, which is,
you know, luxury, living innature, and I give a lot of
credit for that, because you, Iguess you listen to some kind of
inner calling that must havehelped shape or transform or

(03:43):
give you some guidance as towhat you would do eventually, or
at least an experience likethat maybe helped you in other
areas of your life.
And then how did that lead toyour being a musician?

Rose (04:00):
I always wanted to play the flute.
I had a flute, but I've nevergotten to really play it, so it
was kind of like a desire, youknow a passion, that I didn't
fulfill.
I started playing music, Istarted playing the flute,
basically, and that's what I did.
So he would hammer and, youknow, do all of the very noisy,

(04:24):
actually activities in hisartistic work, and I would play
the flute and I taught myselfhow to play and I became more
and more and more passionateabout it and so eventually that
led me to choose that as acareer path and leave this
lifestyle so I can go into, youknow, university and like the

(04:45):
music academy and become aprofessional musician.

Shimrit (04:48):
It's a great story.
I love that.
So you've, at a very young age, you've transformed yourself
many times.
You followed a path to being amusician and then, yeah, so it's
.
You know I've talked a lotabout on my show but reinventing
yourself and it seems like youknow, it's really lovely to be
able to embrace these newopportunities and these goals

(05:11):
and that you've manifested somuch for yourself in your life.
And you mentioned or in the bioI mentioned that you built a
six figure business.
And what was that business andhow was that journey for you?

Rose (05:25):
Oh, this is fast forwarding over 20 years forward
.
I always had this other giftand passion, which is to help
people.
You know, and I always knewsince a very, very young age I
had this ability to, and Ialways knew since a very, very

(05:45):
young age I had this ability toreally feel someone's inner
state and read their thoughtsalmost, and find a way to talk
to them and connect to them in alanguage that is matching their
own kind of private inner world.

Shimrit (06:00):
Vibration.

Rose (06:02):
Yeah, and and help them, you know, express themselves, um
in different ways and overcomeso.
I've always had that um and Ialways had this passion that I
believe its seed were reallyplanted in me in a very young
age, even before coming intothis world.
It's part of really my kind oflife path, life contract, as I

(06:27):
was pursuing my musical careerfor many years and recording and
teaching and performing andtouring, and I got tired and
kind of my passion for thatcareer aspect of this was
turning off and this other kindof fire started burning stronger

(06:47):
and it took me some time torealize that and I needed some
few kind of directions from youknow, from life inside and out,
to kind of make it very clearthat this is now the path I am
to take.
I paused and there was a time ofstillness and a lot of unknown,
yeah, and uncertainty, and Iwas just asking for guidance,

(07:14):
you know, from universe, higherself, and it came in different
ways through dreams, through, you know, insights and different
tools that I used, that Ialready had in my toolkit
because of my own personaljourney and healing.
You know insights and differenttools that I that I use, that I
already had in my toolkitbecause of my own personal
journey and healing, you knowand such and yeah, and then you
know I started taking somecourses and getting

(07:35):
certifications and startedworking with people here in my
community in Berlin.
I started seeing the impactthat this work creates and on
other people and I really wasfeeling called to do that on a
bigger scale and create a biggerimpact and reach more people.

Shimrit (07:53):
Yeah, so you were intuitively guided for a long
time to follow this path as ayoung child and I, for some
reason, I need to feel that Ineed to ask this as a so you
have.
As a young child, you alwaysfelt that you had some kind of
inner guidance right, that youwere meant to be on this path.
Maybe you didn't know it at thetime exactly was it something

(08:13):
that you were able to explore asa young child and and share, or
just like it was personal?

Rose (08:20):
um, I think it's neither, because, as you also suggested,
I wasn't really aware of that.
So, um, you know when, when Iwas able to kind of say
something true about someoneelse you know of, then my
parents, yeah, would say wow, that's amazing, like how do you

(08:41):
know these things?
Or.
But I wasn't really aware ofthat and neither were they
really.
It was just like a remark.
You know, and like my, myparents, I have amazing parents
and they always loved me andappreciated me and admired me.
So it was kind of like you knowhow they would admire me

(09:02):
getting great grades or I don'tknow what, or saying something
clever.
Then it would be that, but itwasn't specifically recognized
by them or by me and so, yeah, Iwouldn't say it was something
that I always knew I had, butmore that, looking back, I can

(09:23):
see how, from a very young age, this path was already assigned
to me.

Shimrit (09:29):
Yes, okay, that's it, that's great.
Yeah, and I think that happenswith a lot of people as well.
They don't they really don'trecognize it as they're going
through it, so it's not reallynurtured at that time.
But they revisit it and go backwhen it's the right time.
And then you're made more awareof it.
Now, when you were a musicianand you were going through your
you know all your concerts foryou this was a business.

(09:50):
Did you find that you were justwhen you said you were you
needed to change?
Was it burnout?
Was it more like you know, Ineed something different.
I feel a different callinginside.
Like you mentioned, lifecontract, what was that
sensation?
Because I know you work a lotwith people who experience
burnout in their lives and I wasjust wondering if it was like
the resistance to specificallygoing on tours grew stronger and

(10:29):
stronger and I really, I reallydidn't want to go.

Rose (10:33):
And it got to a point where I would really like I
would pack, you know, to go thenext day for a few days on tour
and I would like, I want to dothis.
I would really work through aninner resistance until there was
one tour that I really didn'twant to go.
I was literally crying while Iwas packing and, you know, in

(10:57):
the morning I got myself allpumped up Okay, we're doing this
, let's go, and I got on thetrain to go to the airport and I
was, you know, all gettingmyself ready, you know, getting
into that mindset and flow.
And then I got to the airportand discovered that I'm at the
wrong airport.
So I went to the wrong airportand that was the pivotal moment.

(11:18):
So I was, you know, I felt sostupid and frustrated and
everything, and I canceled thattour.
So I did not try to get to thenext gig on that tour.
I said that's it, I'm not doingthis anymore.
I canceled the tour, I canceledall future tours and that was
it.

Shimrit (11:36):
Well, yeah, and I think that the universe was
definitely telling you you knowyou're not supposed to go on
that tour and that you need toshift and change, because you
wound up at a different airportand there's a lot of symbolism
with you know, being at anairport and planes flying and
changing direction.
Yeah, so burnout is a realthing because it's not just

(11:58):
people who work in careersalthough there's a lot of people
in careers that areexperiencing burnout because
you're so you need to be on task, like constantly, connected
constantly.
But also mothers you know, young mothers, even mothers at
work and raise children,experience burnout.
A lot of women experienceburnout.
A lot of my audience are womenwho have worked in corporate for

(12:20):
a long time and need a changefor a long time and need a
change.
So you help people make thatchange or transform or find that
in their lives that they needto to work on or work with.

Rose (12:33):
Yeah, I would say that most of the people I work with
are women first of all, not only, but very, mostly, very like
99% and mostly women who areexactly like they want to change
.
They have a calling but theyhaven't been following it or

(12:55):
answering it and are kind of onthis path of working and paying
bills and taking care of thefamily and they're done Not with
taking care of the family andpaying bills but sacrificing for
all of that Right, and they'reready for a change and for to
really, you know, go answer thatcalling.
So, yeah, that's the most, that's the majority of people

(13:20):
that I work with, and then itmany times goes together with
burnout.

Shimrit (13:26):
You combine spirituality and science in your
work.
Talk a little bit about howthese two approaches come
together and why it's soimportant for transformation.

Rose (13:38):
Yeah, I think they are both talking about the same
thing.
I mean spiritual, spiritual.
They are both talking about thesame thing.
I mean spiritual, spiritual.
Science is catching up withspirituality, if you will, to
explain life.
Right so science in the lastfew decades is actually closing

(13:58):
the gap and finding answers.
I mean, science is science.
Purpose in general is to find, find answers and explanations to
natural phenomena.
Right so it's.
It's catching up in its abilityto find explanations to this
phenomena called life, which is,you know, far beyond new tonic

(14:23):
physics that we were all broughtup on, visible and measurable
results or expressions or data.
Quantum physics and quantummechanics, which is really the
new science in the last fewdecades, is showing us how
actually everything is createdfrom the same formless substance

(14:46):
, energy, and everything isfirst created in the unified or
quantum field and then projectedto this level of reality that
we can then perceive with ourphysical senses, what we call
matter.
So we know now scientificallythat everything in the
materialistic world, thephysical, materialistic world

(15:09):
that we perceive with our fivephysical senses, is actually
energy, condensed energy, collapsing into matter, and
science knows better and betterto explain that process, and so
you can call it energy and theunified or quantum field, and
that's perfect.
But actually when you sayspirit, you talk about the same

(15:33):
thing, or I would even say whenyou say God.
So this can be a very loadedword, maybe more than spirit, so
we don't have to use that, butit's all the same thing, right?
It's the same universalconsciousness, intelligence.
That is what you can call God,and this energy is what you can

(15:56):
call spirit and it's whateverything is made of.
So to your set, to the secondpart of your question.
Why is it so important totransformation?
Because it's we as a societyand as a culture are so
programmed for generations torely on the physical evidence

(16:18):
and the empiric results.
And so if we cannot, you know,we say I'll believe it when I'll
see it, all kinds of stuff likethat, which is actually the
other way around.
Right, you believe it, and thenyou see it.
You change the energy, youchange the energetic blueprints,
and then you see it.
And here is where things startlending.
Right, you can say words, likeyou know, you believe it, and

(16:41):
then you see it, and it soundslike new age, spiritual, you
know talk, but actually you canexplain that with quantum
mechanics and the observereffect and all of those things
that are scientifically accepted, but only in the last few

(17:02):
decades.
So most of us, even all of us,I don't think they teach that
yet.
In school, right, we weretaught about newtonic you can
calculate time and distance, andthen you know things we haven't
been taught about the observereffect and stuff like that, and
it's a newer, newer information.
And so, even though it'sscientifically proven, we still

(17:28):
don't completely accept it.
But because it isscientifically proven, we can
more easily start opening up ourminds to it.
And then you have to believe it.
You have to create the innerchanges in order for the
external changes to occur.
And if you are one of thosepeople like most people not you,

(18:00):
rose, of course but if a personis one of those people that
needs the physical evidence andneeds to rely on science and so
on, then that is why it's soimportant that we have that
information and proofs andexplanations, so we can believe
it more, so we can open up moreto these truths and create real

(18:21):
transformation.

Shimrit (18:23):
And some of us have known this for a long time, even
without all that scientificresearch.
Like, there are people and I'mgoing to say people that I know
that I will talk about thesethings or have been talking
about these things for a longtime, but unless a book comes
out by some authority or somedoctor or some scientist that
says this is what's going on,I've been saying that for a long
time.

(18:43):
I'm sure you have too right, sothey're just finally catching
up.

Rose (18:47):
Exactly.

Shimrit (19:04):
You know this is.
That's great, Exactly business.
How did working with a mentorand I'm bringing this up because
when you find the right teacheror the right guide or the right
coach, it can really make adifference yeah, oh yeah, the
huge difference.

Rose (19:20):
I think it's really essential.
I always say I would never havebeen here where I am in all, on
all aspects of my life, withoutthe mentors that I've had the
privilege to work with.
Bob is one of them for sure.
I found Bob when, after myburnout.
So I started my business, inthe first year I invested in

(19:43):
different programs to learn howto build the business right.
As I said, I had no experience.
I had a lot to learn.
I was very determined, verymotivated, very clear goals, and
so I didn't feel like I needmindset.
I was like let's go, let's dothis, my mindset is here, it's
strong, let's go.
And I didn't realize that I wasoperating on a belief system, on

(20:07):
a subconscious programbasically, that would actually
limit me from reaching my goalsor sustaining them, not because
I lacked motivation or clarityor action, taking all of those
things, but just because that'swhere it was set, that
subconscious program.
And so I worked very hard, Iinvested in all these programs,

(20:30):
I implemented everything I wastaught.
I reached the goal right.
I wanted six figures in thefirst year.
I reached that, but I burnedout.
So something in my beliefsystem and in my self-concept
and my subconscious programming,in other words, was set in a
way based on, you know, myenvironmental conditioning.

(20:51):
Growing up was set in a way thatdid not allow me to create
success with ease, withoutsacrifice, and to actually
sustain it because of that.
Because you cannot sustainsacrifice and you burn out right
, or you pay some price thateventually you can continue

(21:11):
paying.
So that's what happened to meand when I, it took me some time
to listen to my body and youknow, and not fight it, but when
I eventually had, I eventuallyhad to stop like the, the
physical symptoms in my skinspecifically, were so strong

(21:32):
that I had to stop and I had tobasically pause my business
completely.
I had already a team.
I had to let go of everyone, stop marketing advertising.
I had to really, really, reallyslow down.
And then I realized, okay, Ihave a great mindset, amazing.
And then I realized, okay, Ihave a great mindset, amazing,

(21:52):
but I need to do some deeperwork that I have to now focus on
and I need new tools and newguidance, and that's what led me
to Bob.

Shimrit (22:03):
So, yeah, are you so?
Was there any inner child workinvolved here?
Are you able to maybe talk alittle bit about what that
subconscious programming thatwas keeping you from um or
created these physical issues?

Rose (22:23):
yeah, well, actually with bob there was no, no inner child
work.
He's not into these things atall, was not?
He died, obviously in 2022.
But, um, no, actually I've donea lot of inner child work
earlier in my life.
So, still as a musician, 10years or more early, or before
all that, um, I had anotherphysical um condition that woke

(22:49):
me up to a very deep healingwork and transformation.
And then inner child work was avery, very big factor or part
of it, and of course itcontinues to be and it's part of
my teaching.
But specifically around myburnout and working with Bob

(23:09):
first, what really allowed me toshift the subconscious
programming was not so much theinner child work and much more
the understanding on an in a new, different way and level.
Um, how that subconsciousprogramming was created, um, it
was both Bob and Dr Joe Dispenza.

(23:30):
At the time I didn't yet workwith Dr Joe, I just read his
books and did his online courses.
And the combination againcombination of spirituality and
science which is really Dr Joe'sgift to the world among a few
others that do similar workReally understanding the

(23:50):
programming process, theuniversal laws, understanding
them really on all these levels, both because I have a very
strong left brain as well.
I'm a very spiritual person Ialways have been, as we've
shared but I'm also a veryanalytical person and I love my
analytical mind, you know.
So I really enjoyed the, theknowledge and the, the, the

(24:13):
satisfying that part of me.
And then Bob Bob just made itso simple.
He also always said it's sosimple but so misunderstood.
He made it so simple tounderstand how the subconscious
mind works.
He made it so simple tounderstand how the subconscious
mind works, how thatsubconscious program holds you

(24:35):
back.

Shimrit (24:36):
He calls it the paradigm and he used such a

(24:56):
simple, simple way of explainingit and teaching and guiding how
to then shift it and upgrade itand update it to your goals.
So, dr Joe Dispenza, who a lotof people do know he's written a
lot of books and you arestudying with him to
specifically neuro NCS, neurochange solutions, can you talk a
little bit about that, becausethis is the first time I've
heard about it?
But I think what I if, whydon't you talk about it?
Because I have a feeling I knowwhat it is, but I haven't heard

(25:19):
of this phrasing before.
But if you can share what that, what that is, Sure, I did that.

Rose (25:26):
I don't do that anymore, but I did this training with Dr
Joe.
So Neuro Change Solutions is aterm that Dr Joe created for his
program, basically that hedesigned specifically for teams
and organizations to teach hismaterial in a very specific kind

(25:49):
of capacity to create change incultures, of course with a
purpose, with the overarchingpurpose of creating change in
our culture in general, which is, of course, what he's devoted
to doing.
But NeuroChainSolution is aprogram specifically that he

(26:09):
designed for this specificpurpose and capacity, and so
what I did was train with himand a small group of people to
become a consultant, sobasically to be able to teach
this specific program incorporate program, uh, in

(26:36):
corporate, in corporate.
So Dr Joe is very, very adamantabout who and how one can, you
know, teach his material.
And so, um, unlike Bob, forexample, because I trained with
Bob to become one of hisconsultants as well, and I did
that for a long time until Ideveloped my own thing.
But Bob was very, you know, just take this material and go,
let's change the world, itdoesn't matter.

Shimrit (26:57):
I love that.

Rose (26:58):
Yeah, yeah it doesn't matter, call it Bob, call it
whatever.
Actually, bob always, alwaysquoted his teachers and the
books that he like.
He gave all of the credit toall of his knowledge and
teachings, to his teachers thathe either worked with directly
or that he learned from throughthe books that he read

(27:21):
repeatedly over decades.

Shimrit (27:23):
Yeah.

Rose (27:24):
I really, really loved about Bob.
He was very, very humble andvery, very generous.
Of course Dr Joe is also verygenerous.
It's not about comparing, I'mjust saying it generous.
Of course Dr Joe is also verygenerous.
It's not about comparing, I'mjust saying it's a different
approach.
With Dr Joe, you cannot justuse his name, you cannot just go
and teach his material and tobecome a neuro change solution
consultant, you only teach thistraining in such capacities that

(27:48):
this training is designed andintended for, in such capacities
that this training is designedand intended for.
And this is why I did I did notcontinue with that, Because you
know I love working withindividuals and I have my own
program and it just didn't feellike like that was the right
thing for you.

Shimrit (28:03):
Yeah, and that's perfect.
Because you know, funny is, Idid a little video for social
media this morning and one ofthe things I was saying is you
need to really be discerning whoyou receive messages from and
who your teachers are, becauseyou just want to, you want to
adopt the right tools foryourself, what jives with you.

(28:24):
I always say you know whatresonates with you, and not to
say Dr Joe is not right, buthe's just.
You know the structure.
Yeah, of course.

Rose (28:32):
Yeah, I just want to say he's tools and he's teachings
jive with me a lot and Iintegrate so much from what I've
learned from him in what I do.
It's just that I didn't feelright to me, like career wise,
to pursue a very specific pathof being a neuro change solution
consultant and work in teamswith this specific program.

(28:57):
But the teachings are preciousand changing, are changing the
world.

Shimrit (29:06):
And now you have your teachings right.
So you have developed yourprogram and you have.
You've helped hundreds ofclients transform their lives,
and that's what I want to focuson now what you have to offer.
What are some of the mostpowerful mindset reprogramming
tools that you teach others orhelp others achieve their

(29:27):
personal transformation?
Let's talk about what you offer.

Rose (29:32):
Thank you.
Well, as I said, it's really acompilation of many different
teachings and tools andpractices that I've gathered
over a long, long, long time.
When I was in my 30s, I healedmy own body from precancerous
lesions that I had in my cervixand I used a lot of inner child

(29:55):
practices and dream work andother modalities, and so really
it's from a very long, lifelongjourney that I've gathered all
kinds of tools and awareness andunderstanding and experience.
It has evolved into a formulareally.

(30:17):
So there is an 18 steps formulathat I call WISE, and WISE
stands for Relationship, income, success and Empowerment,
because really you can use thisformula to change all of these
aspects in your life and to riseto higher and higher levels of

(30:38):
self-expression, of freedom, ofsuccess, whatever it is
basically that you want to riseto.
I always say well-being is askill, freedom is a skill that
you can practice and master.
These are skills.
Anyone and everyone can be freeand whatever freedom means to

(30:58):
anyone, right?
So if it's financial freedom, emotional freedom, time freedom,
location freedom, it's a skillthat you can practice and master
and you have the instrumentalready in your possession.
It's your mind, body, it's yourhuman instrument.
I call it so, speaking ofspirit, as we spoke before, I

(31:20):
believe we are spiritual beings, and if someone doesn't jive
with that, then let's go to youare an energetic being, like
everything is Right.
This pen is also an energeticbeing, it's just that it doesn't
have a conscious mind and we,as humans, have it, so we can
form thoughts and we can moveenergy, and we have the

(31:40):
instrument to do that.
That's our human instrumentthat is designed to move and is
moving energy from non-physicalto physical all the time.
It's just that most of us aredoing that unconsciously and,
even if consciously, by default, right, because of lack of skill
.
That's all.
So, really, what this is allabout.

(32:03):
Rise, the RISE journey, theRISE formula is developing the
skill of the instrument, of thehuman instruments, so you can
master your instrument andmaster freedom, master the skill
of creating life as you desireand not by default.

Shimrit (32:24):
Wow, it's beautiful.
Is this it to do one on onecoaching, or is this a group
session or a course that youprovide online?

Rose (32:32):
It's all of the above, so there are different levels.
One can you know, join my worldand work with me.
My world is called Master yourPath.
My last name, Nativ.
Its meaning is path.
In Hebrew, Nativ is path, andso it's called Master your Path.
And it's an incrediblecommunity.

(32:53):
You can also be part of thecommunity without paying for any
of the programs.
Of course.
There's a lot of freeopportunities to learn and to
integrate the learning and toreceive also guidance for myself
, for my team.

Shimrit (33:26):
Um, and then there are different levels that you can
join.
You know different programs, from monthly membership to
mastermind, to one-on-onecoaching.
So it really depends.
And they, they want to be ableto work with you.
And then you offer all thesedifferent things.
Do you still offer your freeworkshop all the way to the top?

Rose (33:41):
Yes, absolutely All the way to the top.
We run it free periodically butwe also have it recorded.
So I would love for people thatif if someone here is listening
and wants to go a bit deeper.
It's a three days workshop andit's really people love it and
people really create shifts injust following that workshop and

(34:04):
you can always, you know, reachout to me and receive some free
guidance as you're goingthrough the workshop.
So I really recommend it.
So the link will probably be inthe notes.

Shimrit (34:15):
Yes, absolutely, I'm going to put all your links.
You have a lot of links.
I'm going to put them all inthere in this one too, and I'm
going to actually look into thisone for myself because I feel
you know, I know I've learned alot of tools and but it's never
too late to pause and look atyour life and where you're going
and what's not working, andmake those changes and those

(34:36):
shifts to live a better life.
I always say that I want tolive the rest of my life, the
best of my life.
And yeah, so I am going to lookinto that myself.
Is there anything else that youwant to share with us before we
wrap things up?

Rose (34:53):
Yes, well, first of all, I just want to say that if a
three days workshop sounds toomuch to committing to someone
but they still want to, you know, have a taste you're very
welcome to send me a message onInstagram.
And there are free meditations, there are all kinds of things
that I'm very happy to offer forfree, but then again, I really

(35:14):
recommend all the way to the top.
It's really one of my favoriteworkshops, and what I would love
to leave you know, to leaveyour audience with, is, first of
all, my gratitude for listeningin and tuning into this
conversation.
I really appreciate that, andthis one of the last things I
actually said.
I really appreciate that, andthis one of the last things I

(35:36):
actually said that remember thatit's a skill.
So, whatever it is that youfeel is out of reach or that you
can't get to, or it's a skill,it's only a skill, which means
that you can develop it.
There's nothing stopping youother than some knowledge, some
tools, some practice, but it's askill that you can master.

(35:58):
Yeah, so that's what I wouldlove to leave anyone listening
with.

Shimrit (36:05):
I just want to add to that and we could still talk.
But as people get older, theythink that well, I can't learn
something new, I can't rememberthis, or you know, it's just too
much of an effort, but it'snever too late.

Rose (36:21):
It's never too late.
And what else is there to dohere?
I mean, it's your life, it'syour life and it's happening now
, now, now, and that is all youhave.
Is that now and what else?
What, what?

(36:41):
What's better than that?
What?
What can be a higher purpose ora more urgent priority than to
let this life be expressedthrough you as you want and as
you, as makes you happy?
You know, happiness and allthese beautiful emotions are

(37:02):
basically frequencies, and usfeeling these higher, more
elevated emotions is basicallythe indication that we receive
from our instrument telling usyes, you're on the right track,
you're going where you'resupposed to go, and that's what
life's purpose for me is to justbe happy, first of all, healthy

(37:23):
and happy, and to bring moreand more of that, to follow that
, more and more.
Yeah.
So it doesn't matter how oldyou are.
We have people in our programsand in our mastermind 70 years
old, you know, after years inbed with a chronical back pain
and just giving up on anything,on everything you know and I

(37:46):
don't know, something got themto join.
And now I'm thinking of onespecific person right as an
example.
She's now on stage, 70 yearsold, on stage, rock singer with
a rock band performing, reignited her love relationship.

(38:06):
That was already you know.

Shimrit (38:09):
Kind of dwindled.

Rose (38:10):
Yes, and just living her best life writing a book.
There are so many storiespeople getting off wheelchairs,
people finally feeling the spark, and I'm not talking about
young people.
Most of my clients and ourmembers in our community are 40
plus, many of them 50 plus, 60plus, so of course it's never

(38:34):
too late.
What else is there to do here?

Shimrit (38:36):
That's right.
You got to live your best life.
Like I said, I'm so glad thatwe circled back to that because
it's really important, becauselife is not just for everyone.
That's young and coming up to,you know new experiences is just
reinventing and, you know, getting through the chronic pain
and finding ways to just to Idon't know be happy.

(38:58):
Like you said, it's our Godgiven right to be happy,
absolutely Natural state.
Yeah, thank you so much for thisconversation, for this chat.
It's been such a pleasure.
Having your energy is justamazing, thank, you so much.
