As the founder of Love Journey,Tantra of the Heart, Evalena
Rose has spent 36 years leadingtransformative seminars on

(01:04):
channeling, empathic skills andsacred relationships.
Welcome, Evalena Rose.

Evalena Rose (01:11):
I'm delighted to be here with you.
I have been in private practice46 years.
I love my work.
It began with metatherapy, which is really it's like
therapy but beyond, and reallyhelping people empower
themselves to come fully intonow, and I've learned a lot

(01:35):
about trauma, some personallyand through studies and I've
developed ways of retrieving thepart of us that's in trauma
into current time so that we'renot living in the trauma.
And in part I've developed thatwith the Council of Twelve,
which are the beings that Ichannel.
They're a group of ascendedmasters.

(01:58):
They're beings that havecontinued to evolve on the other
side of the veil.
Some have had lifetimes herebut have become teachers and
masters and work from a higherplane of existence, and so I
feel they're working with ourhigher self, with our

(02:20):
consciousness.
So they're not just trying togive people answers, they're
helping people evolve their ownanswers.

Rose (02:29):
When you talk to people and you work with people, do
they even know what they'reexperiencing, or is it just that
they know something isoccurring?
Because sometimes a person maynot understand what's happening
or what the trauma isspecifically, do you help them,
guide them towards what thetrauma is specifically?
Do you help them guide themtowards what that answer is?

Evalena Rose (02:47):
yes, they'll.
They might say I'm just feelingso blocked, or I'm usually more
able to open my heart and I'mnot able to in this situation.
So they more will report theirexperience and then when we
investigate it, suddenly theother person has become their
mother, you know, or theirperpetrator.

(03:10):
And that leads us to.
For me it's like what's thescene that's unresolved in their
childhood, that scene that justnever goes away.
Because I think in trauma, whenespecially parents or any
adults act so wrongly, the child, a part of the child, goes into

(03:34):
shock.
And the part that goes intoshock it's like for that part
the clock stops ticking and alittle bit of the soul essence
is caught in that memory.
And then there's anotherincident and part gets caught in
shock and a little bit of thesoul essence gets caught in that
memory and this memory and thismemory.

(03:56):
And so I was working for manyyears with people helping clear
memories and at one point I waschanneling Aphrodite to this
person I worked with for years.
She said Aphrodite.
It's not fair.
We spend our whole childhoodgoing through this awful abuse

(04:17):
and then we spend our adulthoodtrying to get over it.
There's got to be a better way.

Rose (04:23):
And.

Evalena Rose (04:23):
Aphrodrodite said we'll take it under advisement
and within two weeks we weredoing this form of soul
retrieval.
That's really easy to do.
We would help the adult getvery crowned and centered and

(04:44):
they know the scene.
And then we have them go withDivine Mother into the scene as
she works the magic and love upthe child and let them know that
they can come live with them intheir life.
And they almost always say yes,and if they don't, a little

(05:10):
encouragement.
And then we ask divine motherto bring them and the adult all
the way through space and time, all the way through space and
time, into the heart.
Chakra and the angels make theperfect child's room in the
heart and that part now, thatpart of the soul essence is here
where it can be nurtured, andthe abuse is back there and the

(05:33):
clock starts ticking again.

Rose (05:38):
So what you described is a soul retrieval.
Is it the same for everybody?
Retrieval, is it the same foreverybody?
Um, does everyone, and doeseveryone get their soul?
Retrieve their soul, or or somemaybe meant for that to be part
of their soul, to be still inthat space and time, that that

(05:59):
happened and and, almost like anew soul essence, become a part
of them?
Because maybe that was toopainful to bring up?

Evalena Rose (06:10):
For some people they're not ready and that's
fine.
There's a lot of work now withinner children, the ISF, family
systems and acknowledgement thatthere are parts of us that
aren't really in current time.
You know they're caught up inthe coping mechanisms.

(06:32):
Maureen St Germain has thiswonderful little piece about
when the child is still youngenough that they're in touch
with the liminal realms realmsof light, that they handle what
comes up that makes no sense bycreating little positive
entities to handle it, and whatI think happens then is that

(06:57):
little positive entity evolvesinto a coping mechanism.
Yeah, so whenever such and suchhappens, this one fires, but
it's just a little part of thewhole personality and people go.
I don't know why I acted likethat.

Rose (07:14):
What are some of the other more common struggles?
And also you mentionedchildhood trauma and maybe abuse
or addiction.
What are some other strugglesthat a woman or people have?
Some common ones, other commonones?

Evalena Rose (07:34):
Women commonly have struggles of marrying
someone like their father ortheir narcissistic mother.
You know, very often not always, but many early marriages
people marry into a pattern thatthey haven't resolved and so
they're feeling not seen andabused but they take it because

(07:59):
they're used to it and so womenor people getting into marriages
of gaslighting or marriages ofa lot of shame and blame.
They see that and a lot withwomen about concern for their
children and especially likemood disorder children.

(08:22):
We've done channeling with awoman who has a son that she was
afraid at one point he mightbecome the next shooter and it
kind of looked like he could andhe wouldn't have been willing
to work with us.
But we had permission to workwith him through the mother and
cleared a lot of entities offhim and helped him at least be

(08:46):
able to be more functional.
Wow, so I've worked with several, quite a few children through
the mothers.
I worked with a pair of twins.
I think we only needed onesession.
They had a past life and theywere playing it out and you know
they had really been fond ofeach other and loving and
something happened and they wereoppositional and we cleared the

(09:10):
past life and they had a goodrelationship.

Rose (09:14):
As you're telling that story, I was just thinking that
it was probably a past lifesituation.
Yeah, so let's talk about thatpast life.
It's not just about the currentlife, but we can have issues
that and some of the people thatwe're in in this life were
perhaps in our past life.
It's not just about the currentlife, but we can have issues
that, and some of the peoplethat we're in in this life were
perhaps in our past life.
So you help people with that.
Is it through the channelingthat you help people with that,

(09:35):
that you're identifying thatthese patterns are occurring
because of a past life?

Evalena Rose (09:40):
I think through the channeling we tend to get
there more quickly and sometimesit will come up in therapy and
over the 46 years the channelingand the therapy have gotten.

Rose (09:53):
They really inform each other.

Evalena Rose (09:56):
So if it's coming up, we follow it there, right.
But in the channeling, what Ifind with the council is they're
always looking for what'sbehind that, what's the cause
behind that.
So there's this going on here, but where did it start?
And sometimes people will comein and say I think we need to

(10:22):
clear some ancestral stuff.
I think there's a curse on myfamily when I trace all this
stuff and they have all thisexperience of something like a
curse and I always work with thecouncil with something like
that.

Rose (10:38):
Yeah, that's where you need the support.
But it's not always a curse,right?

Evalena Rose (10:41):
It just could be this thing, or I mean not
everything is a curse, no, it'srare if it's a curse okay, but
there's what's more common iswhat I think of as a bleed
through, that in anotherincarnation of the soul there's
something that's reallyunresolved, yeah, and in this
incarnation maybe some of theplayers are there from that

(11:05):
unresolved piece and it startsgetting worked out here, yeah,
and so what the council does isit goes to how do we resolve
this there?
And then it won't play throughbecause there's no time or space
they can work with what happensafter people pass over from
here and getting their lessonsand moving to the light and

(11:28):
releasing chords between theplayers, between them and the
current life person, betweenthem and anyone the current life
person's having troubles with.
So they just clear up the, theconnections.
So now those, the ones fromthat incarnation, are moving

(11:48):
into the light and the ones fromthis incarnation are free of
that bleed through.

Rose (11:53):
Wow, that's some powerful healing.
It is, yeah, and no wonder youlove it so much.
I'm sure it's very rewardingand I'm sure you've helped many
people, yeah.

Evalena Rose (12:06):
I call it my front row seat on transformation.

Rose (12:09):
Oh, I love that, I love this.
So, as a woman who is 79 yearsyoung, right, what advice do you
give women who aretransitioning into the wisdom
years of their life, or what areconsidered the crone years?

(12:29):
Can we have this conversationon how women can embrace any
transition in their life, right?
Yes, a little bit more aboutthat, because I know you've
experienced this.

Evalena Rose (12:44):
I'd love to.
I've experienced more stagesthan made in matron crone.
When I got to 48, I had someapprentices and they said let's
have a crone ceremony for you.
I said I'm a half century fromcrone.
You gotta be crazy, no.
And then I took a workshop ondangerous women women around 48,

(13:05):
52 in that where they're freedup from matron and they just
might do anything.
And I realized there's a stagehere we haven't named and I
named it matriarch, or I pulledmatriarch out of the you know
the past to name that stage.
And I think of the matriarch asa woman who's grown up, she's

(13:28):
fulfilled her matron duties, family career, she's ready to
bring herself to the middle ofthe world and see what do I
really want to do, and it mightbe a whole new creation.
I call it middle essence andit's very like adolescence
because that's right around themenopausal shift and

(13:52):
everything's changing inside andit's hormonal.
When COVID hit, about 20 yearslater, I heard elders to the
fore and I went there's anotherstage, there's elder, and I had

(14:12):
never thought of myself as elder, but stepping into it it feels
really good.
It feels like I've got likequarter century of elder, around
100, I'll get around to crown.

Rose (14:25):
I'm with you, sister.
I love that, you know.
I really like what you saidabout the middle essence and
what people call, or whatsociety calls, a midlife crisis.
It's not a crisis, it's reallyjust feeling that there's a

(14:46):
shift, there's a change that isoccurring, and embracing that
change or creating a differentquality around that change
within your own life, and I justlove that.
I mean, I became a yoga teacherat the age of 55.
And I tell everyone that I'mlike I became a yoga teacher.
It wasn't easy, a lot of work, but it was what I wanted to do.

(15:06):
And so I everyone that I'm likeI became a yoke because it
wasn't easy, a lot of work, butit was what I wanted to do, and
so I embraced that and I lovethat that happened during that
time.
So, yes, and people who aregoing through menopause women I
should say women they complainabout it.

(15:27):
Yeah, I get it, the hot flashes.
You know the changes in yourbody, but it's going to happen,
no matter what.

Evalena Rose (15:34):
Right.

Rose (15:37):
So, instead of complaining about it, let's figure out a
way to celebrate it, feel goodabout it and find ways to be
healthier and, you know, justmake positive changes or
additions to your life, becauselife is not over when we are

(15:58):
through menopause or crone years, or even at 100.

Evalena Rose (16:04):
Yeah, I think menopause is hardly halfway.
When I turned 75, my brother, three years older, said
something about congratulationsand he said the way it goes in
our family.
I figure we got another quarterand maybe some overtime.
You know it starts getting good.

(16:25):
It's like my life is finallysomething I really want to live
After all the years ofeverything I had to go through
to get here.

Rose (16:35):
I love that.
I love hearing that I encouragewomen not to use the word old
Maybe you're older a little bit,but not old and to embrace just
to start something new.
And I know a lot of women whoafter menopause they are
starting to think about what canI do differently?

(16:56):
They start to shed layers oftheir old life.
Maybe they have kids andthey're empty nesters and they
have time to pursue more hobbies, and I think that's an exciting
time.
Are women afraid of startingsomething different?

Evalena Rose (17:13):
No, I think fear is a good sign that what you're
thinking of starting is bigenough to be worth investing
your life in.
Yeah, it's going to come withfear and it's going to come with
some.
I'll do this first.
Oh well, maybe I'll.
You know those kinds of falsestarts, because it takes a lot
to get over that inertia thatjust wants to handle what's on

(17:38):
the desk, what's in front of us.
I was thinking, as you werespeaking, that one of the shifts
I feel in me is not slowingdown in terms of in the world,
but really slowing down myperfectionism.
yes, yes, yes, yes I look at allthe emails and I go we'll never

(18:03):
be caught up again.
Is there anything importanthere for me?
And I want to have the nerve toselect all and delete all.

Rose (18:12):
And I'm almost there because they'll come back,
there'll be plenty.
There's a way of yeah, and andI actually did that last week I
I went through, spent hours, Iwent down I've been going
through some rabbit holes latelyand I spent and I deleted all
these emails that were souseless and they were sitting
there for years, like I don'tneed any of these, and I felt so

(18:35):
good afterwards.
It's like cleaning house yeah, nice purge, yeahge, yeah.
And you know you're right aboutthis perfectionism.
I've been thinking a lot aboutthat as well and I have a
tendency to be try to be perfectand everything.
And you know, if I'm doing a afrom a speaker or a project, you

(18:56):
know, but it's only perfect inmy eyes and and I always then up
just saying you know whatyou're going to do, okay,
because you know the stuff andyou'll be fine.

Evalena Rose (19:05):
You work with a lot of empaths, so an empath is
someone who picks up otherpeople's emotions, their
feelings, even their bodysensations, often without
noticing it, without realizingit.

(19:25):
It's a beautiful skill to tuneinto people and get a sense of
what's happening with them, butit also sometimes it's like
you're flooded with otherpeople's experiences, like I
remember sitting down next tosomeone at an event and I had a
headache all of a sudden and Ilooked at her and she looked

(19:50):
kind of in pain.
I said would you happen to havea headache?
She said oh yeah, really I went.

Rose (19:56):
Okay, there's that headache.

Evalena Rose (19:59):
I think it's part of what helped me be a healer,
because if I can help heal theheadache in others, I don't take
it on.
But I've also really had tolearn how to create a solid
field around me, a sovereignfield, so that I'm not merging
with other people's emotionspeople's emotions.

Rose (20:26):
Can you talk about that and how someone who's an empath
first recognize that they're anempath?
Because that's a hard one.
You could be an empath and notrealize it and you're just
experiencing things that areunfamiliar to you or that are
you're like wow, why am I likethis?
Or why do I have a headachelike this?
I never have a headache.
How can one identify themselvesas an empath?

(20:48):
Or is everybody an empath tosome extent?

Evalena Rose (20:52):
I think it might be possible that everyone has
the capacity.
I'm not sure Some people areclose off to it or not.
It isn't a part of them.
I actually think that mostimpacts, if not all, come from
early abuse.
It comes from being in adysfunctional or a lot of anger

(21:19):
or a lot of of violence or or orsexual abuse, and so the child
develops the habit of watchingand those little personal
entities I spoke of, one of them, becomes watcher and they go
and they, they check out what'sgoing on with everybody in the

(21:40):
environment so that they know ifthey need to get out of the way
or shut up or you know, danger, danger.
So, as an adult, I think thatthey're still doing that.
They're going into otherpeople's fields and they have to
learn that they don't need todo that.

Rose (22:00):
So you're saying energy field like that aura, that yeah,
yeah, yes, that makes sense.
I spoke to someone elserecently who also said the same
thing as you did, that peoplewho are empathic.
It probably comes from because,as a child, their antenna's up
a little bit more than everybodyelse.

(22:21):
Yeah, it's kind of like that.
Yeah, makes a lot of sense.
What advice do you have forpeople who are empaths on how to
protect their energy, maybebefore they walk into a room or
some environment that they knowmay be?

Evalena Rose (22:42):
challenging.
I think part of it is what Icall care and keeping of the
energy system.
So let's say you're out at thebeach, your energy gets really
wide, you're just the ocean andthe sky, and then if you go into
a crowded room, you need tobring it in.
And then if you go into acrowded room, you need to bring

(23:02):
it in.
Yeah, if you're in a situationthat could be troubling, you
want to bring it in close.
So I'll ask my guides to fillmy four-inch layer with light,
kind of a soft, soft iridescentlight, so that I'm not taking
people's energy in.
I can still touch their pain, Ican still have the information,

(23:26):
but I don't have to be outthere in their field.

Rose (23:29):
You won't have to get that headache Right right.
You said four-inch layer.
Is that what you're?
But your energy can be beyondthat, but you're just saying
that close section.
Right, protect this area.
That's really close to me and, yeah, like a shield as you

(23:50):
create amethyst in that innerlayer.

Evalena Rose (23:53):
Yeah, close in.
But it's really signalinginside I want to keep my energy
here and I don't need to betaking on others.

Rose (24:03):
So we're going to wrap it up.
I do want to ask you a littlequestion.
If you could time travel andshare an essential truth with
your younger self about agingand purpose, or anything, what
would it be?

Evalena Rose (24:24):
It's really going to be okay and there'll always
be love in your life.
It may not be where you'reexpecting it, but it's always
there.
Watch for it.
Watch people's hearts.
That's where you'll find it.

Rose (24:38):
That's beautiful and that's a message everyone can
take.
Yes, can you tell us about someof the offerings that you have
and how people can find you, andI'll also put everything in the
show notes, as everyone knows.

Evalena Rose (24:52):
Great.
My website is evelinarosecomand it's E-V-A-l-e-n-a rose dot
com and I have a lot of videoson the website.
I have a six part class onliving as an empath, so the long
answer to the question ofskills is in that class, and I

(25:17):
have a lot of videos on YouTubeas well.
I've just been putting mylegacy out for people.
Yeah, in Asheville I do amonthly satsang, which is a
gathering of healers, and it's abeautiful afternoon of sitting

(25:37):
together Sunday afternoon.
I channel and the wholecommunity participates in
healing.
