I’m not sure if you’ve noticed but things have changed a little bit around here. Welcome to the Choose You Whole Body Wellness Podcast! I decided to do a little rebranding to drive home the overall point of this podcast which is to go beyond the typical weight loss & and fitness topics and dig deep into overall wellness, and whole-body wellness.
I plan to cover all aspects of wellness including physical, mental, and emotional health. That said, today’s show features a return guest, Dennita Haller. Dennita Haller. Dennita is a retired Intelligence Analysis of The United States Air Force. She is also currently a college professor but more importantly, she was my supervisor in the Air Force and partly responsible for the woman I am today!
Today, Dennita and I are going to talk about communication and how effective communication actually affects your overall well-being.
