Did you know that the weekends are not always the most fun for people with chronic illnesses and disabilities? Sometimes we get out and do fun stuff but a lot of times we spend it inside reading a book, watching a movie or doing something really low-key so our symptoms don't flare. If you know somebody with a chronic illness that lives by themselves, reach out and say hello. If you can, stop by for an hour or two. :) If you are someone with a chronic illness, then you know exactly what I mean.
