He made short films for the web before this was a thing and was an Adjunct Professor in Web Video at USC, UCLA and Chapman University. Frank is a Certified Humor Professional through the Association of Applied and Therapeutic Humor. Frank is passionate about the healing power of laughter in helping both patients and health care professionals through LaughMD.
