(00:11):
I am positively Chris Pace and you are actively listening to
conversation with Chris. All right, here we go.
Let's do it round two peptide. Amazing stuff, man.
So the first first series or first episode really did well.
Looks like thousands of people have listened to it and a short

(00:33):
period of time. So that means there's interest
in peptides, which means we needmore information from you, John.
So I've come back to to drain your brain of some more
information. I have been using the peptides
now for what, 2 weeks? A little less than that because
we started after the podcast andit's been less than two weeks
since our last one. OK, So what I heard the other

(00:55):
day was someone said to me, theysaid you look like you're really
glowing and like genuinely happyand you look good.
So that's must be in a side effect of these the collagen
enhancing peptides, right? Yeah, no, I had a friend
recently telling me she didn't tell anybody she was doing
peptides. She sees her sister 2 weeks
later and she goes damn you got a glow to you?

(01:16):
It's funny because that's the name of the peptide, the glow
BPETV and GHK. And she goes, I thought it was
the funniest thing. She I never told anybody and she
tells me I have a glow and I'm taking the glow peptide.
I was like, that's why they called it that.
That's right. I must be taking that stuff
because it must be helping me too.
And then you know. I gave you the kitchen sink to

(01:37):
get an inflammation out of the body.
All the ones, all the top ones. Let's get the body feeling
healthy because you know, once the body feels healthy, your
mind works better, your moods better.
Like inflammation is one of the worst things in your body to
cause negativity throughout yoursystem.
Oh. Yeah, I mean, it's the biggest
part cause of pain too. It's, you know, it's just

(01:58):
inflamed. Anything hurts.
So it's, you know, instead of popping an ibuprofen or an
acetaminophen, which seems to bea new topic these days, you
know, how about you get rid of it the whole natural way by
restoring amino acids? No, definitely.
Logical. And it's just, I mean, oxidative
stress is one of the most poisonous things for your body.

(02:19):
If you have a lot of oxidative stress in your system, it's just
it's you got a better chance of just dying early if that's how
you live. So if you can get all that
inflammation out, that lowers oxidative stress in the system
and that can just lead to so many overall health.
And it's such a nice feeling, like honestly, I feel more
energized. My head feels clearer than it

(02:39):
ever has. So I mean, it's definitely got,
you know, it definitely is working and an effect.
And obviously I figured out thatmy back was what was causing my
pain the other night, which had nothing to do with anything we
were doing. And I'm glad that I stayed the
course 'cause you might have massive mad sciatica issues, mad
low back issues. So that kind of thing happens

(03:00):
all the time. But this time it manifested
itself in a weird different place.
So I don't know if you got some suggestions on peptides to help
with that or if I'm already on them and I just.
Keep what you're doing. Yeah, exactly.
And what I'm thinking is when wetalked, I was thinking later and
I was going to run. It's probably might be working
and moving things, easing inflammation so it could trigger
it in another way as it's healing.

(03:21):
It's trigger in one way. But now the inflammation, maybe
the nerves moved over and it pinched it in a different way as
it's changing. That would be my thought.
I don't, you know, it's nothing I can say for sure.
I'm not looking at no MRI on it,but that could be something.
Wyatt manifested into a new areatoday.
So, you know, I would just stateof course, because like I, I
showed you, I went down and I read every peptide that I gave

(03:43):
you. If there what could be and
everyone's like no, there's it would be the opposite.
So I'm thinking it's getting, it's doing its job, but as it's
doing its job, it's kind of relieving inflammation.
That inflammation gets relieved.Maybe it slides over to
somewhere else that triggers a little thing.
But how's the leg doing today? It's a lot better, but it's kind
of worked its way to the knee. So that's kind of what to

(04:05):
validate what you're saying now.So I've got you know, the
weakest point on that leg is my right knee, which has been
operated on once, but they didn't fix it.
So it's, you know, they want me to operate on it again and I'm
like, Nah, it's all right. I can still walk on it.
But you know, every now and thenit'll buckle.
And 235 lbs goes down pretty quick when the knee doesn't stay

(04:26):
the stable. So I mean, I'd rather brace it
and keep it strong and train it with bands and such like that
than to have it operated on again because there's just
nothing, nothing good comes out of an operation.
No, do that. We'll we'll keep it on with
these. If it's not giving you
everything, then I would say go to stem cells, get some stem
cells in there with the BPC 157 and they they swear by that.

(04:49):
And anybody that I've looked into, Tijuana has some really
good clinics ways the well, I'm sure they're a little harder to
get into, but there's other clinics that can offer that and
just try to avoid surgery at allcost.
I mean, if anything it makes it a little better, but there's a
better chance it's going to makeit a lot worse.
Yeah, exactly. And there's no guarantee you're
not going to come. You're not going to be in pain

(05:10):
when you get out. So if it's a new pain, well,
that's no good because I'm already used to the other one,
you know. So I'm like, if I'm going to
trade pain for pain, that doesn't sound like a good deal.
Plus I got to go through the healing process.
But anyway, we can avoid all that by staying on peptides,
because that stuff makes a difference.
You know, and then there is stemcells.
Not anything I sell, but stem cells are out there.

(05:31):
They're amazing. I'm I'm going to go, I'm trying
to branch down to LA and as soonas I get down there, I want to
shoot over to Tijuana and get mybody.
They got this intravenous where they just put stem cells in your
blood. They go throughout the body.
I hear that's another amazing thing to do.
Add it to the peptides, add it to the nads, the five aminos,
all these s s 30 ones, the moths, all these different ones

(05:53):
I take that are just resources and I try to tell people that
with these peptides, their resources, that's what they are.
Think of them as resources. You give your body resources.
Now it can do things. If you give your fireplace the
resources of more lumber, it canproduce more heat.
Your body works the same way. You give it.
The right resource is going to use that resource to do what it
needs to do. And our body is insane how it

(06:15):
works. We make thousands of different
amino acids, peptides, they go, they tell a different body part
do this better. This body part releases this,
this body part does that and it all works together. 1 peptide
tells you, hey, let's level off the insulin level a little
better. Here's the resources to do that.
The, the healing ones. Hey, send these cellular healing

(06:36):
cells here and here. You got more resources,
resources to heal those body parts quicker.
So it's pretty amazing how thesepeptides work and people are
like, oh, I don't believe in doing drugs and stuff.
These aren't drugs. These are resources that your
body naturally makes or makes a version and you're giving it to
them correctly. You can.
People got to get their mind away from what these
pharmaceutical companies did to us.

(06:57):
Nothing they ever did was to make our body run better.
It was the mass problems master blood pressure mash your
cholesterol. Never reverse it.
If they want to reverse it, theywould tell you eat this, eat
this, eat this, stay on this diet, do this.
No, they don't tell you. That was the last time went to a
doctor and he gave you a diet plan when he left and say this
is what you need every day for the next 6 months.

(07:19):
Well, you know, that was one of the arguments I had during COVID
was that, you know, they're offering Krispy Kreme doughnuts
and hamburgers and things like that to get people to take the
shot. But nobody was actually talking
about like, hey, get out, get some fresh air, do some
exercise, eat some vegetables, nothing like that.
It was just, you know, take thisshot and you'll be fixed from

(07:39):
everything you know. And I think that's where we,
that's where I start to look at things and go, all right, if it
doesn't come along with some healthy advice, then I'm not
interested because it's obvious we do not have something that we
need. So therefore.
One thing that killed me when the whole COVID thing was
happening and that's all great advice.
Exercise, sun migrate, vitamin D3 with K2 in it.

(08:00):
The amount of people who are in the emergency rooms for COVID
was like 95% vitamin D deficiency.
All they had to do was tell people go to your Walgreens, buy
vitamin D, load up on vitamin D for the next few months.
You would have stopped so many hospital visits, but they didn't
do that. And to me, it was like, why?

(08:20):
Oh, well, Pfizer doesn't own it.Montero doesn't own it.
So there's no money to be made off and tell them to go take
this. There's money to be made when
they go to that hospital. There's money to be made when
they're on a ventilator. You know, I mean, what's a week
in a hospital visit cost the person?
It's outrageous. Underground.
I have insurance. Where do you think the insurance

(08:41):
money comes from? You think that insurance fairy
that gives it to the insurance? No, that's our money that we pay
in taxes and now we're in a 30-40 trillion dollar debt over
everything, you know, and it's like these pharmaceutical
companies job is to make money. That's it.
That's all their job is getting you healthy is OK, that work,
that's fine. The job was make money and

(09:03):
that's what they're doing and they're doing it a great route.
But what? I love to see.
People have given up on these people and they know they're
corrupt and they know. And I've never seen it turn so
quickly. But in the last two years,
people are like no IA 100% and nurses, I don't even like to
take medicine. Tylenol is horrible for you.
I'm like, and now Trump finally said it, but I mean horrible six

(09:25):
years ago. Ibuprofen is putting holes in
people's liver, causes more liver damage than an alcoholic.
Somebody who takes A12 ibuprofena day is causing more damage
than a person drinking 1/5 of vodka a day.
Yeah, that's insane. That's some insane stuff.
I mean, the, the entire world is, is backward, you know, And
so it's up to us to educate themon the good stuff and make sure

(09:47):
that they know the right things to do.
But they have to make the choice.
They can't, you know, we can't force it on them.
So some people are going to always have a problem for every
solution. So we got to make sure that we
keep ourselves aware of that andrealize we can't save everybody.
But those of you that aren't interested in having phenomenal
results with peptides never had phenomenal results with

(10:09):
medications from the hospital ever.
I've never said that in my life.So that's all the simplicity of
that whole situation that we need to get into because we
certainly don't need to pick a fight with the pharmaceutical
companies already. We just want to give more people
more information and more opportunities to be able to be
healthy and give them the information they need.
So let's talk about more peptides.

(10:30):
So we've got what are we going over today?
We've gone our last time. Did we cover all the the ones
that I have? A little bit we touched on and
I'm actually, you inspired me todo something.
I'm going to start a little podcast, not a podcast like
this, a little 3 to 5 minute clips and I'm going to call it
the peptide scoop of just one peptide.

(10:52):
Give me 3 to 5 minutes to give somebody a quick lesson on what
it be. And C link is the one that I've
given you. And I really want other people
because I've been giving it to people lately and I'm noticing a
real life changing type effect of not being depressed, not
having anxiety and not having just stressed out in their life.

(11:12):
And it's subtle. You don't feel it instantly.
All the, you know, two days later you're like, oh, damn,
those things that were botheringme.
I had kind of smooth days. I and then like my, my business
partners taken. And he has a little bit of an
anger problem. He's a type that wants to break
a phone because the app doesn't load too quick or once the slam
is computer. And then his friend, one of his
really good friends wife, she's like, what's going on with you?

(11:34):
You feel so much better lately. And she didn't know he's taking
it. And he laughed.
He goes, I didn't really notice it.
But now that you've pointed out,it's pretty cool.
Like, yeah, I haven't had any ofthose snaps lately.
This is something that you're supposed to take short periods,
take breaks, take short periods, take a longer break, take
shorter time, take a longer break and then eventually just
stop. And it's.

(11:55):
Like link. Link Yeah.
And where else are you going to get that from?
A pharmaceutical drug of hey, start this now, take some time
off. Start it again, Take some time
off. No, these are your your lifetime
on this. And that's what rides are
different. Try them.
If they don't work, you don't get side effects, you don't go,
oh, I got a depressed after taking that or I had this high

(12:17):
and I was this numbness feeling. No, you're not in a daze when
you take it. You don't even notice it is all
you notice is later. Oh, I felt better.
Yeah. Oh, yeah.
That that problem didn't bother me as much.
Oh, I wasn't worried about that damn e-mail that I've been
putting off for three days. It's just it relieves that type
of feeling. And I have bad social anxiety
and to do what I'm doing now, seeing 40 people in a day,

(12:39):
talking to them, explaining peptides, that would have been a
shock if you told me this. I ain't no.
Hell, and doing podcasts now. I mean, you're a pro at the
social world. But like for me, my antisocial
was like super high. So to think that this would be
me now is actually how you're talking to people and feeling

(13:00):
comfortable with it could be that I love.
I mean, I love what I'm doing. Like I didn't make make any
money and if I had some money put up and I didn't need money
and this I would love this job. It's just like I'm truly
changing people's lives with their weight loss or
medications, their mental, theirphysical.
Do you know a guy telling me, Oh, I couldn't even play with my

(13:20):
kids after work. So now I take this mot CI work
all day. I feel really good.
But then when I get home, I usedto just want to be on the couch.
Now I'm out in the backyard throwing the footballs with the
kids or building fires. You're like, this is incredible,
like the rewarding you get to hearing that you got some kid
and his dad just having such a better relationship now and
feeling better and having more energy.

(13:42):
Now. This guy took it for three
months. I told him take the four week
break. He called me back later.
He's like, hey man, I still havethis good energy.
I said, yeah, cuz you train yourbody to do those things better.
You built your endurance up. Now you can take it again in a
little bit if you want to push that to a further limit or if
you want to wait three months and come back on if you start to
feel your energy fading. But it's going to work and it's

(14:03):
going to keep working once you quit taking it.
It's not like I took Adderall every day for three months now.
I stopped my Adderall. You, you talk to a person.
Whoever tried that and their life is in shambles the first
week after stopping taking Adderall fucked off of that
stuff. I've been there, been there,
done that. And it's a first of all, you're
narcoleptic. Second of all, you have a
incredible amount of dopamine imbalance, like you literally

(14:29):
can't think straight to make your life, save your life.
So, you know, I mean, it's certainly those things come with
a numerous side effects and obviously none of which are
good. But you know, I mean, with the
peptides, I don't notice any difference at all until all of a
sudden it's positive difference. And so good to know that the
Solank is what I'm taking that it's making me feel lighter and

(14:51):
easier because it certainly is. Now the C Mac, we talked C Macs,
we talked about that last week, right?
So we got that information out there, GHK.
Oh, GHK is something your body naturally makes when you're
young, you're making a lot of GHK dash CUA copper peptide.
That is like the resources your collagen production needs to

(15:13):
ramp up. So when that that hits your
collagen production, now you canproduce more collagen and every,
you know, collagen that's your hair, that's your skin, and
that's like your nails, that's what in your cartilages and
things like that. Collagen production ramps that
up. Now, you can drink collagen
protein, and there's been studies that show how good that
is. But those studies were all paid

(15:34):
for by the people who sell collagen protein.
Now, once you dig deeper, well, that makes no sense.
If I eat my fingernails every day, my fingernails don't grow
better. That's not how our body works.
Our body takes an amino acid that we digest the collagen
amino acid, we break that down and then we make other amino
acids. We don't make collagen out of

(15:55):
prop collagen protein. That's not how it works.
So everybody took collagen protein thinking, oh, this is
going to make my skin better andall that.
That's not true. This is, and the cool thing with
this is it's completely the identical version of what your
body makes. You put that in there, your
skin. I mean, and that's the one
people are like, Oh, you got to glow to you.
Oh, you looking real good. Like it's because your college

(16:16):
and production is getting rampedup and now the older you are
really good. But even if you're 2829, you
start doing this maybe not as often, but you can keep your age
and keep that young look becauseyou, you see a woman that's 40.
Oh, look at this lady, 40. She looks 28.
Well, she's probably making moreGHK in her system constantly.
Her, her production didn't drop.So now you see that Lady, she

(16:40):
looks young, a 28 year old girl doing it now with no side
effects because it's something your body makes could keep that
look when she hits 40. Now she looks 20, you know 2932.
And that's like where I tell people don't think of it as just
after ages hit you to try to bring it back.
It does help with that. But if you can catch it early on

(17:01):
and not let it get you to that part where you need to reverse
it, where you just stay young for a while, maybe do it two
months twice a year, 3 * a year.Just bump that collagen
production up a little bit. Then we, we're making the
topicals now for face creams with that one.
It's good. The molecules are a little big.
They're hard to absorb into the skin there.
But then I, I have some other ones.

(17:21):
There's like a snap A and a, it's called Snake and Tripeptide
29. Another cool lotions that I'm
seeing some great results. Problem is that they're very
expensive. They're like $250 a gram.
It gets really pricey to put in.So the lotions are like 250 a
bottle for the good ones and stuff.
We're just working on all these other avenues.

(17:42):
We're working on the nasal sprays for people who don't want
to do the injections. So there's a lot of cool things,
but GHK is one of the one amazing thing.
There's one downside. The GHK, if your zinc is low,
your injection will hurt more. It'll feel like a bee stump for
about two minutes, really. Daily injection, so I don't.
You said you felt no pain with that one though, right?

(18:03):
No, nothing not. But I take zinc as a supplement
also, so that makes a lot of sense because I'm definitely
working on that. Yeah, awesome.
So what I recommend people is just up your zinc intake for a
couple days as you're starting it and keep it getting up pretty
high, maybe 60 milligrams, double the dose is what's on the
package. And then see how that goes.

(18:24):
And then start with the injections.
And if the injection pain, I have had a few people where it's
like this is unbearable. It's five hours, my whole
stomach's on fire. Then I just tell them, maybe it
ain't for you or lower dilute itmore, put more water in it.
We can do that for you. Do less of a dose.
Let's work your way up. That can help too.
But you know, I, I do think it'sfor everybody.

(18:45):
They just have to find out the right way to take it without
getting that pain. But the people who get bad pain
are like 1 out of 30. The people who get moderate pain
are like, you know, like very few.
One out of four, one out of fivepeople get like moderate pain.
Most people feel barely nothing. And a lot of people are like
you. It's like, I didn't even notice
it, but it is. And what's cool with that one is

(19:07):
you can get a cheap like $60.00 a whole month, you know, and if
you do it, but that's the big dose.
And if you want to go to a smaller dose, it's like $60.00
for eight weeks. You have to stay on it for it to
keep working. You need 4 weeks or you need 8
weeks to 12 weeks on four weeks off.

(19:27):
But you start to notice in a fewdays, like the skin's coming
back Now, people who've lost weight in their stomach, skin's
not tight, you know, amazing forskin elasticity.
It's just going to help suck theskin back around the body
because that's what collagen does for your skin.
It, it brings it back. You know, women who done
breastfeeding. I mean, I think it's safe to
take while you're breastfeeding,but I wouldn't recommend that.

(19:49):
Maybe there's, there's nothing your body makes it.
I don't think there's anything but.
Why not be safe but. This is medical.
No, no, this is medical vice. This is all just for
information. What you look at, but I always
recommend if you're breastfeeding now, I don't don't
don't take really anything, you know, just.
Natural. And then once you get off, boom,

(20:11):
that could be a helpful, you know, because that's one of
women's biggest fears is having those stretch Marks and
stretched out skin. It will help so much of getting
that skin back and getting rid of stretch marks.
Because the healing process, especially if you do it with
the, the glow, the BPC 157 and the TB.
And then if you throw that KPV in which you're doing all of
those, then that becomes really, really great.

(20:33):
I had a question to ask you, where are you injecting the BPC
157 and the TB500? Stomach.
OK, now do you have a pain and an area that you're trying to
heal? Yeah, you have a lot of pain in
a lot of areas, so I'm. The one area you want to target
is see how it works, which is getting the pain out of 1 area
first. Oh, I mean, it would be nice to

(20:54):
get rid of some of the back painor shoulder pain or knee pain.
So I mean, I could certainly go to those spots if you recommend.
Would be good. So I would say your worst
shoulder on your pin, you're going to do 15 units in the
morning, 15 units at night. Do that for 10 days.
I sent you 20 days worth of doing that just recently.
So you should have that. I sent it yesterday, should be

(21:16):
there tomorrow on the shoulder and just work on that shoulder
and see because when you have pain throughout the whole body,
it takes a lot longer process because it's slowly getting a
little bit of it everywhere. You.
Just do it all in one area, get it close.
You're going to get 80% of it working there and the rest going
through the body. So pick your worst shoulder,

(21:36):
inject that shoulder twice a dayand go like that for 10 days.
And then let's let's see how that's going.
How do you get into the shoulder?
You go with like the muscle up front or do you go into the
side? What's your recommendation?
So what you do you dial pin on, grab some boop just like that?

(21:59):
Boop push away got. It then go away, pop out.
Twice a day. Yeah, morning, Morning.
Only with the KBB. No, no.
The BPC. The TB.
The Wolverine. The Wolverine.
OK. Yeah, and do that twice a day.
The KPB is in with your GHK. You do that into the stomach.
Now that's helps with a lot of inflammation.

(22:19):
I just my supplier finally got cartilacs in too and that's one
that helps a lot with like cartilage and joint issues and
things. Excellent.
Excellent. So as soon as that gets in,
you're getting that, I'm gettingthat and I got a few other
people that are good in that we're going to go the ARA is the
other one that you're taking that I'm really getting great
results with with neuropathy. It's kind of amazing how that

(22:41):
one works. It's actually showing the regrow
nerves. I have a one of my good friend's
dad's, he has neuropathy in his feet.
He's been taking it. It was so sensitive for a walk.
Within a couple days he's like, oh, I can walk again.
You know, very, very, it's just and you hear stuff like that.
It's like your friend's dad's now able to walk when he could
barely walk now. I just sent it down to my buddy,

(23:03):
the new, another cool story. So my like my closest friend's
grandma, I sent it to her in Mexico, gave it to her doctor.
Her doctor was going to mix it, inject her, started injecting
her with the BPC 157. She can barely walk.
She uses a cane everywhere. Three days later, she's barely
using her cane walking around The doctor's like, what is this

(23:23):
stuff? Like I need to know more.
So he's like, I got a couple other doctors, if we can come
down here and I'll talk because, you know, Mexico's doctors can
sell things that help people. America doctors can only sell
things that they're allowed to sell.
Doesn't matter if they think they can help people.
So once we get involved down there and start, you know,
working with this and that's thehealing, and then we get that

(23:44):
weight loss one in there, man, you could change some people's
lives really quick. Seriously, you can't treat
illness with nutrition in America, is that right?
No, they can't recommend it. They can't.
Like they can't tell you to do that.
They could say, oh, that'd be good.
They can't tell you go do that. And there's nothing nothing
wrong with that. Huh?
Like fundamentally that seems like a really backward system,

(24:09):
seeing as how doctors used to give medication, being nutrition
to people and teaching them how to live their life healthier,
but now we have none of that. So have you ever looked at how
much time they dedicated to nutrition in in the 8?
Years of college, 6% of it I think.
It's like nothing and it's nothing.
It's such a little thing where it's they don't even care about.

(24:30):
It's just like, oh, we have to tell you about this, but it
doesn't matter. And it's like, what are you
talking about? Nutrition better than any
medication, Eating clean and eating healthy, you know but
it's like oh you're a three points away from diabetes so you
know what wait till we get those3 points and then we can give
you this diabetes medicine like are you evil?

(24:51):
Are you you're telling? Them how it works though, man,
they want to give you stuff for no reason and then if you tell
them that you're healthy, they don't like it so they get upset.
You know they don't want you. They don't want the healthy
people in there because we question things and God forbid
you have some knowledge and information in your pocket and
you know a little bit because then they really get mad.
So I have a long history of pissing off a lot of doctors.

(25:16):
I mean, you're and you're not indoctrinated into that.
You don't go. Doctor tells me I have to
listen. No, I'm going to look into stuff
myself and I'm going to look at and read people who way smarter
than use information. You what did you graduate 20
years? When did you where were you at
in your class? Like you said in that joke, it's
so true that what do you call the worst performing person in

(25:37):
school? The doctor.
He's a doctor. You know, he's like, it doesn't
matter. You could be the worst of the
worst. You get that degree, you're the
doctor. That's right.
I don't know. Now I'm reading a guy who goes
to Stanford. He's doing all these reports
every day. He's studying people.
He's looking deep. He's telling me something
different and you're saying and you're some Joe Blow that got.

(25:58):
No, exactly. Oh my, my favorite is the new
one that I got the other day, man, I've got a sleep test at
home sleep test to prove that I don't have sleep apnea due to
the VA being in their infinite wisdom.
And so they tell me, I said, I looked up National Institute of
Health and it says that you got to have 14 days of data at home
sleep test to be able to truly diagnose sleep apnea.

(26:20):
And they said, and then I also found it on with things and
other other number of other really credible medical websites
called this person at the VA. They said, no, no, no, ours is
100% accurate on one use. And I go, well, of course it is.
You have no data to compare it against.
So how can you possibly have it wrong if there's only one night?

(26:42):
But I mean, what if that one night is a night that you don't
sleep well or you have horrible nightmares or you're feeling a
light slightly off or maybe you had too much exercise?
And so now there's so many variables that could be taken
into this that they would don't even consider.
And they say no, no it's 100%. I go wow, you have the only 100%
accurate test I've ever heard ofin my life.

(27:03):
I've never heard of a test being100% accurate for anything so.
I don't know, they're just, but it's like they don't care.
They they look at us as nothing, that you're just another number
here they got. Them through that's right yeah,
especially they. No lie to you about anything
like. Or we can get this peptide
information out, the less peoplewill have to go to the doctor.

(27:23):
I think so. But you know, don't listen to
us. We're not the, the, the official
authority on any of it. We're just telling you what we
know from experience. So I'm happy to be sponsored by
Chapter Peptides and I'm happy that I have the the opportunity
to use them and to grow from them and learn about them.
Because had I not met you, I really wouldn't know anything
about these guys. And they really are effective.

(27:44):
They really are helping me out alot.
So all I can ever speak for is me.
So that's why I'll never try andput any words in anybody else's
mouth. So let's keep what?
I What I like to tell people is you can listen to me, take what
I tell you, go online, do your own research.
Just these AIS are amazing. They will tell you some amazing

(28:04):
things if you talk to them just like you're talking to another
person that you know, double check anything you hear from me
on this podcast and then ask it like, why would this be wrong?
And just try to figure this stuff out on your own.
Don't go to a Doctor Who's just been and he's just telling you
stuff that doesn't make sense. Like if the doctor's not making
sense, there's probably a good chance he's just trying to get

(28:25):
the money. And that is Pfizer.
The money is Montero. Those companies pay them to sell
a certain amount of their products.
That's their job. You got to look at it like that,
like unless you find a good and there are some amazing doctors
out there, but there's handcuffed by the FDA and the
FDA is ran by the pharmaceuticalcompanies.
Exactly. Not a good system.

(28:46):
At all. Exactly.
It's one of the worst things that we can do.
And then, you know, I, I was just learning so much.
I, I, I love that. Just like where the word school
comes from. And it was back Germany before
it was Germany. And all these soldiers kept
messing up, so they called it school.
That's a German name of getting all the young kids to follow all

(29:06):
the orders so they could be goodsoldiers.
That's what we took our name forschool.
That's why we called it. Why?
Why else is it called school? It's a German name.
We're in America. It's to line us up to do what
they say later on in life, to teach us to listen at all times
to the power. The teacher's the power.
You listen to everything. You don't question the teacher,
you question the teacher. You get bad grades.

(29:28):
You listen. You listen.
You listen. So now they've read so many
people when they get out of school, you listen.
Doctor tells you this, Listen. Well, no, Doctor, what about
this? Don't you do your own research?
That's idiotic to me. I'm the I'm the whole arbitrator
of this. And you listen.
I already did all the work, so don't go learn anything.
I'll tell you what to do. Yeah, I did it 30 years ago.

(29:50):
I kind of changed. So I I always recommend people,
whatever I tell you, whatever the doctor tells you, go home,
do your own research as much as possible.
Look at from both sides. So.
So with all the ones I have, I'mon R290ARA290, BPC 157, TV 500,
KPVGHKC Max and Soleil. So what do you got coming my way

(30:13):
now? What's my exciting new, new
products that are coming? OK, so one I sent your way is a
lot of people know about NADNAD is just the powerhouse for your
cells. It's what your cells use as
energy to repair. So it's a basically blanket
thing in your body. Your cells do everything they

(30:34):
you're helping your memory, yourskin, your recovery, they do a
little bit of everything. So it's not a one thing, it's an
everything. It's not a peptide.
It's it's, it's qualified as something else.
It's just something your body makes another thing.
And just like all of it, you wake a lot when you're young as
you get old making less of it, you add this into your system.
And that's why all the IV clinics are giving it Problem

(30:56):
with an IV clinic, you're getting a big dose in one day.
You're going to feel a little off and then it's gone in two
days or three days later. So what what we're offering in
the peptide world is you get your own little bottle.
You can mix it up, do whatever you need to do.
And then you put it in and you do it three times a week at a
smaller dose. You keep it feeling good and you

(31:17):
keep doing that. Now what that's going to do is
going to feed your cells. Now your cells are going to have
that energy. It's going to help with your
cognitive, it's going to help with your recovery.
It's going to help with your skin.
And it's just like everything your cells do, it's going to
help with, it even helps boost up the immune system.
And then what I paired it with with you is A1 called 5 amino
MQ, one MQ. And it's really, really good.

(31:40):
What it does is it boosts your metabolism.
So now your metabolism running alittle better.
It's protecting the muscles. So the muscles are not wanting
to get eaten if they're more looking to burning fat than
muscle. And I like if anybody's ever
looked into it, if your body needs energy in a hurry, it
takes about two to four minutes to liquefy lean muscle and turn

(32:00):
that into injury energy. It takes 4 hours to do the same
thing to fat. So the problem is if you need
energy quick, you're out of food.
Your body will always burn lean muscle instantly.
Wow. So what this is.
Yeah. And it's just how it goes.
And that's those people go to the gym, they work out hard.
They burn lean muscle for that energy real quick.

(32:20):
They get on the treadmill high, burn lean muscle.
We need energy. They go home, they repair lean
muscle, go back to and you see them do that for six months and
they still look the same. All they did was Burnley muscle
build lean muscle, Burnley muscle build lean muscle.
So getting that, anything that can help protect that muscle and
get the body to burn fat is crucial when you're trying to

(32:41):
lose weight. So the the body burns muscle
before it burns fat. Yeah, it takes 4 minutes to
liquefy it. It can liquefy lean muscle so
quick to give you energy. That's the first thing it goes
to and that starts the fat burning process.
So once it does that, but it takes 4 hours so it's going to
give you energy later. But what if you put calories
back in your body 3 hours later?Well, your body just stops that

(33:04):
process and puts the fat back inthe system and starts using the
calories again. Sure.
So there is other ones and we haven't got you down the GLP
route. I mean, you're pretty lean and
you're, you're, you know, I don't know how much if you're
trying to lose anything, but Reddit does have some amazing
things. And then there's like AO D's
that help your body stay in fat burning mode all day, which is
really incredible. And it's called, I think it's

(33:26):
the lipolysis where your body burns fat for energy.
So that's another cool one. And we can get deeper into that.
If you ever want to go down those, maybe in a later podcast,
we can go in. But the five amino one in Q,
what else it does is it gets your body to produce more
natural NAD. So now you have this extra NAD,
you're putting NAD in there. And a really cool thing that

(33:46):
five amino one MQ does is it helps your body utilize that
NAD. So now you have a lot more NAD
than you've been having. And now you have something to
help your body bring it into thecells and get the cells.
So just think NAD is like the little, you know, high octane
gasoline that you're putting into your, your, your cells and
your body, and then they're going to go around and do what

(34:07):
they need to do to repair. So I really, really like those
two combos. A lot of people call it the
power stack just because you feel your recovery, everything
you just like, you feel better on it, mental, physical, It's
just it works all the way around.
So it's really, really good one.So that was the one I wanted to
dial you into next. I haven't got you down to the
growth hormone excreting peptides yet.

(34:29):
That's going to be probably our next step.
That'll be more of recovery building.
But right now I'm focusing on mental and inflammation and
pain, getting those things out of your body.
Now we're going to go with the cellular health and the
repairing the mitochondria. The mitochondria is the s s 31.
It's a little mechanic that goesin your mitochondria.
And if people out there don't know what your mitochondria is,

(34:50):
it is what your body, it's the engine in your body that
produces energy. It's in every part of our body.
It breaks down cells, turns those cells into fuel.
We use that fuel to do everything we do to lift her
arms or run, to walk, whatever it is, we're using our
mitochondria to do that for us. So it's going to repair that.

(35:10):
So any damage you've caused throughout life, anything like
that, that could be not working out enough, that could be
overworking out, anything in between, you know, too much
stress. And this is awesome thing with
SS31, it's been proven to lower oxidated stress in the body,
which is really, really great. So it's just a way to get all
the parts of your body running good, get your, you know, the

(35:31):
stress in your body down, the oxidated stress, the stress that
truly kills you, the stress of the people don't even know they
have it's in them. It's not like stress like, oh,
my homework to do that can causestress.
But oxidated stress is just throughout the body all the
time. Could be in the subconscious
causing it. It could be a lot of things.
So it's doing that now. It's also fixing your your

(35:52):
receptors in your body. It's helping with that.
So now they're able to get in more growth hormones that you've
made more testosterone, You're make if it's a woman, you're
getting the estrogens getting into the system a little more.
So those are all really amazing things to to do in conjunction.
So the littlest I have for you now, I'm really excited for you
to start adding these new thingsin.

(36:12):
And then I gave you a few more of the ARA.
It's enough to finish out for you.
That'll be your cycle on that, because that one's four weeks
and then you got to break the BBC.
We can continuously run for a little longer.
I got you a couple more of those.
You got a few more weeks of the GHK and this KPV, so I'm going
to send you more of that. Yeah, I need the.

(36:33):
Glow that was actually the CLO is it?
Yeah, cuz the K got put in therefor the KP.
OK, OK, so. Everything top the CLO because
the BPC and the TB got tooken out and they're in their own one
for you. OK, yeah.
So you could have higher dose and put it where you need
because you're you're battling energy.

(36:53):
So and I'm really looking forward to starting the shoulder
now do whichever shoulder is worse, hit that twice a day.
Give me about 6 days on it and make it the worst one and let's
see if it's better than the other one within 5 days.
Yeah, I'm excited for that because that's something that's
bad. You know, I've worked around my
whole life, including, you know, with surgery that I had on it
back in G thousand, having it reconstructed and rebuild.

(37:16):
I never got the mobility back that I should have, which has
always affected my yoga. And my hand stands because
naturally I can't get my arm above my head directly.
So I've had to really work that in yoga, really get that kind of
open. But it's if I can get to a point
where it's pain free, I can handstand and be liberated from
that whole, you know, discomfortagain, which is so much more fun

(37:40):
because I can handstand now it'sjust sore.
Yeah, My buddy, he's he's 22, hurt his shoulder doing jiu
Jitsu. I don't know if you know them
around here. His name's Todd.
He's his dad. Can't think of his dad's name,
but they're really good friends with Chance and Val.
All them, I don't know, but he hurt his shoulder and he don't

(38:02):
mind me talking about it with hethey told him you're going to
get, you're going to probably need surgery on your rotator
cuff. And he's 21 years old, 22 years
old and he heard a jiu jitsu andhe's like, but I'll be honest
with you, rotator cuff surgery is not a guarantee.
Might not help. Might you know, could make it
worse. He's like, damn, I'm not doing

(38:22):
that. Comes in.
We talk him into doing. He cleans our windows.
So we're like make a tray. We're like, take this BBC, see
how it goes. Sees me four days later, he's
like comes up and he just hits me with the chicken wing.
He's like so much better. I'm like, I told you, it's going
to work. It's crazy.
I see him like 4 days later after that he's like lifting

(38:43):
this all the way over his arm. He's like man my shoulder's
feeling like 90% better. I talked to him yesterday, he's
like man I just rolled jiu jitsuwith my dad last night.
I was. I.
Didn't have to baby my shoulder.I went all out with it.
He got I felt no pain and my shoulder feels it good again
today. That was 10 days on his shoulder
for something that was botheringfor four years, and now, two

(39:04):
weeks later, he's rolling in thegym with no pain in the
shoulder. And most importantly, that top
part of your windows that wasn'tgetting clean is now getting
clean. Oh yeah, there's sparkling out.
There's sparkling out there. And it's just and hearing that
from somebody four years barely able to do jiu jitsu, having
issues with his shoulder interfering with his work to 10

(39:24):
days later something cost less than $200 my shoulder.
Gave him his life back, man. He gave him his life back.
That's amazing. You know, and it's you know.
Well, I'm that excited about thenew ones because certainly we've
got the anti-inflammatory rocking and people are already
saying stuff to me. So and people that have known me
for a long time. So like really, really

(39:44):
interesting to hear them go man,you look really good.
You look really happy. And I'm like, wow, that's
amazing because I haven't heard that from, you know, these are
people too that don't hand out compliments.
So yeah, very excited about the the next level, which is what
opened up the cells, I guess, and getting them ready,
preparing the body for some. Oh yeah.
Preparing the cells, fixing the mitochondria, once that's

(40:05):
operating correctly, get the oxidizer stress down.
That's another big thing. Like we're targeting all the
right areas for you right now. So we're going to hit that.
And then I want to get you to dothe Telomor test, where we're
going to measure your telomor. So I want to see what your
cellular age is. OK.
And then I want to put you on the new Epitolid and we're going
to run that for 20 days. And then at about four months

(40:27):
later, maybe five months later, we're going to remeasure your
television. So I want to do that with you
and I want to keep this going asmuch as you want to have me.
And we can keep doing these talks.
I, I like doing with you. And the more you take, the more
we have two men that have used it and, and experienced it.
And now we can talk about our experiences with it.
I'm really cool with that. I'm excited to do this little

(40:48):
3-4 to five minute little talks about each peptide 2.
So if somebody hears us talk about something on here, they
could go over there, pop that inand listen to a quick talk.
That link is one I'm really recommending.
People think it's a very cheap one too.
It doesn't cost much. And what I'm watching it do
lately of just feeling better, being in better moods, you know,

(41:09):
with my business partner, multiple people telling him like
damn, you've been in a lot better mood.
He's only been doing it less than 10 days.
Took care of his anger issues. And it's like, wow, his and his
father was taking anger pills for 15 years.
He's been off of them for six months now.
It's because he started doing those.
Well, I think the first of all those little segments are going
to be beautiful. I mean, you can tag me in those

(41:29):
because I'll make sure they get out.
It's everybody done. Certainly we're going to keep
doing this because I love the the information, trust you
implicitly. And thus far it's been working
really well. So I think people are going to
see it. Yeah, they will, because
everybody really loved the last one.
But we'll keep doing them. We'll keep them going as long as
we can. That way we can keep educating
people and I can keep giving people feedback on what I'm

(41:50):
feeling because, you know, with the amount of injuries I have,
this stuff is going to make a difference in my life.
It's going to become a really big thing for me to promote and
to talk about and to help other vets and to help other people
who have pain and issues. So, I mean, that's, you know,
definitely not what the pharmaceutical companies want to
hear, but it's necessary. It's time for change, right?

(42:11):
No, hey, I'm I'm in this battle all the way.
If they come after, they come after me.
But I'll I'll take whatever happens.
I don't think anything real bad can happen, but whatever.
I'm Yeah. The feeling, you know, I mean
it's a it's a dog eat dog world, right, And the amino acid world
is going to probably be under its axis like skin care and and

(42:32):
tanning. You know, the, the back of the
day, that was the, the part, the, as the clothing or the
makeup companies were really, really big on stopping people
from doing indoor tanning, whichis actually really good for you.
So they promoted all this stuff.Yeah, there's an awesome peptide
too that helps with fighting offskin cancer called Mt One.

(42:56):
It's a tanning peptide. It raises in the melanin in your
skin. Certainly, you probably ought to
get on that to get ahead of the game, huh?
I don't know if you could see I'm pretty tan right now like
this in my life and I can go on the boat for six hours with no
sunblock and don't get burnt when I'm on this stuff.
It's like you could hit the tanning bed.
You're you don't have to be in as much.
It's pretty crazy. I've got a few people on it.

(43:18):
They're like, wow, I've never it's like a good tan too,
because it's just like raises the melanin a little bit in your
skin. So that's cool. 1 And I mean,
there's so many peptides. We can go down rabbit holes and
I'm looking forward to talking to you more about this stuff and
I'll, I'll let you know when I get that little clip podcast
thing going up and then you let me know when's another good time
and we'll sit down and do it again, especially once you get

(43:39):
that NAD and s s 31. Oh yeah, yeah, it's another
couple days from now. I would like more feedback from
you with the that and anytime call me whenever, anytime you
need just one-on-one talk with me or whatever we can go through
things for. Sure.
I appreciate that. That's it.
You see, when you hit me up, I went down that rabbit hole.
I'm like, I got to find out I but when I read it, I was like,

(44:00):
well, yeah, if you put a blanketpeptides, you're going to get
negative results because they'regoing to find one peptide that
caused it. But I haven't turned you down
that route yet. Those are amazing too.
The CJC, the IPA Morelands, the Tesla Morelands, the Holy Grail.
And that's what I named my little cat after I got this

(44:21):
little munchkin cat. It's a little miniature thing
with the little stubby legs and two.
That's amazing. I love.
It maybe I'll bring her on the podcast one time.
Yeah, absolutely. For sure.
She's always welcome and certainly we'll we'll take them
all in. So yeah, brother, I appreciate
it. I'll talk to you in the next
couple days. We'll be back on the show for
sure in the next couple weeks. Really appreciate you giving me
this opportunity with you and stuff, man, because it's really

(44:42):
opened my eyes. I'm feeling more comfortable
with it now. I think this is how we get the
word out to these people. They can compensate peptides and
buy it and go somewhere else andbuy it.
Just just try them, man, becausethey can change your life for
sure. And I, I did offer that discount
code for anyone goes on my website.
I don't it's just your day of all in capital letters, Chris.
So they could just put it in there.

(45:04):
I believe it's 20% off anything that's on the website.
So if anybody wants to go on there, make sure you put it on
there. And then, you know, we can see
how much people are coming from this podcast and we can know
what the impact we're making. Well, we certainly had quite a
few people listen to the last one and it came on quick.
So I mean, it was the fastest I've ever seen a podcast go
above 2000 listeners and a shortperiod of time.

(45:28):
So that's, that's good to see because people are interested.
That means they want to know more.
They're into it. So yeah, it's over 3000 now.
So that's great. So I think there's going to be a
lot of people that are going to keep listening and that's good
news. So hopefully they'll buy some
peptides. I support them and encourage you
highly to try them at the very least.
And and listen to this guy man, he knows what he's doing.

(45:49):
I didn't come to him and tell him what I want.
I came to him and told him what I got problems with and he took
care of it. So I I appreciate you doing that
John, and helping me out with the information.
And if anybody wants to e-mail, it's support at chapter
peptides.com. And if you want to have a
conversation even with me, I cando with these over Zooms with
people or FaceTime call with somebody.

(46:11):
We could talk 1520 thirty minutes, whatever it takes.
And we can go over if anybody has their own questions about
things that they're wanting to do and we can work that out with
that. I've got some more people that
I'm bringing on. I'm trying to teach them to do
what I do. But in the meantime, it's going
to be me and I'm going to try totalk to to as many people as I
want. So yeah, just e-mail us at the
support at chapter peptides.com and then just tell them, hey,

(46:34):
