Today’s conversation is special to me on so many levels. For one, it’s full of inspiration and wisdom. In addition to that, it holds a very special place in my heart because it’s with a dear childhood friend of mine: Vanessa Spiteri.
Vanessa has gone on to be a professional Ballet Dancer, and she’s also performed in several musical theatre productions. She already has such a successful and multi-faceted career behind her, and she’ll share all about that in today’s conversation.
This past year, she’s transitioned out of dancing full-time and has started her own online yoga business called Siayoga. Sia stands for skill in action and Vanessa’s mission is to share the practice of yoga with dancers, professional athletes and people who are avid movers in their free time. You can check out the Siayoga website by going to siayoga.com.
Vanessa is such a beautiful, vibrant and inspiring human being. Speaking with her was an absolute joy and treat, and I think you’re going to enjoy listening to this conversation just as much as I enjoyed creating it.
