Sloe Gin Fizz
2 oz. Sloe Gin
1 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Prosecco
Pour sloe gin/lemon/syrup/egg into a shaker without ice
Shake
Add ice and shake again
Strain into a glass with ice
Top with prosecco
Enjoy!
