The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has confirmed that it has served a search warrant in relation to the murder investigation of rapper Tupac Shakur.
The artist, widely known as one of the greatest rappers of all time, was gunned down while sitting at a red light in Las Vegas, Nevada, in September 1996. His killing was never solved.
