Not only is she currently working to develop a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) program at PMA Companies, she has also been an integral player in several programs at the Workers' Compensation Institute's annual conference in Orlando: Annual Prayer Breakfast, Diversity, DEIB and more.
