In this episode of Inspire, we have an energizing discussion with VP/CMO Brian Siegel on how he has utilized his upbringing to bring life to work, and have harmony personally and professionally to thrive. To capitalize on an ecosystem consisting of listening, awareness, convictions, care, and grit to be its own economy to help scale impact all around that helps delight, enchant, and explore taking ground forward.
We enjoyed how this conversation was a great reminder that there are more important situations in life than make money, although this is important too, and to walk daily from input like Siegel with his Board of Directors (family), most trusted partner/advisor (wife Amanda), was built into from his faith and Mother who was a social worker, balance humility with ambition, how having such a ‘manifesto’ or ‘credo’ can improve any landscape.
KPI’s, ROI, targets, acquiring customers, generating revenue and leads, commercializing products/services, strategizing growth playbooks and marketing roadmaps, and the science of succeeding in business are great – but the art of leading work with how you operate as a purpose should not be missed.
As you’ll hear him speak life into the topic, it's true – “We’re as great as we help others become!”, leading efforts in any medium whether you are at home, work, throughout life, personal accountability and growth, and business in general.
