Merriam Webster defines interruption as:  stoppage or hindering of activity for a time or a break in the continuity of something.

We are often affected by distractions throughout our day, including traffic, work obligations, chores, and other people who moderately interrupt our lives.

But if you think about it, how many times did one of those events prepare you for or prevent another incident from occurring.

In this episode, we look at how an interruption of our planned activities can save us, our relationship, or others because we took the time to hit the brakes.
