Whether you feel stuck insurvival, navigating a change or
seeking more for your life, maythis podcast be your weekly
nudge to take a risk to build alife that is uniquely bold,
authentic and in alignment withyour deepest values.
What if you worried less aboutthe bumps in the road and

(00:23):
instead got equipped for thejourney?
Get ready to rethink what'spossible.
Today we're talking aboutliving without regrets, not such
a light topic.
I want to have a heart to heartas we approach the end of
another year.
I know this time of year stirsfeelings.
It stirs desires.

(00:44):
It has us reflecting on thisyear, past years and on this new
year that's stretched outbefore us like a blank canvas
awaiting us in 2025.
And while we can create a newcanvas at any time, the new year
is a beautiful time for thiskind of thinking.
I want you to take a moment totune in what's been tugging on

(01:06):
you.
Maybe it's recently, maybe it'sbeen for weeks, maybe it's been
for months or even years.
If this is, you know thatyou're not alone, and many
people let these things gounaddressed for years and maybe
never really dig in and takeaction.
But if you are listening tothis podcast or have been for

(01:28):
any amount of time.
I have a sneaky suspicion thatthis is not you, that you're
someone who's committed tomaking the most of this gift of
your life that you have beengiven.
So I want to talk about thosethings that are tugging at your
heart, and you know what I mean.
You probably are the.
The idea, the area has alreadyprobably popped up for you.

(01:49):
Maybe it's that business ideathat you've had and you want to
bring to life.
Maybe it's some healthy changesthat you know you need to make.
Your body's been telling you.
Maybe it's just that negativeself talk that perpetuates and
weighs you down and keeps youspinning and not making traction
on the things that you'recommitted to doing.

(02:10):
Maybe it's that you need toslow down, but you just can't
seem to make that happen.
Maybe you've got a book in youthat you need to write, a
relationship that needs yourattention, or a transition.
You know a change, transitionyou know you need to make, but
you've been postponing.
You know what this is.
I came across this article yearsago about the five regrets of

(02:32):
the dying and I'll make surethat we link it in the show
notes.
I want to read those fiveregrets to you.
Number one I wish I'd had thecourage to live a life true to
myself, not the life othersexpected of me.
I wish I hadn't worked so hard.
That was number two.
Number three I wish I'd had thecourage to express my feelings.

(02:56):
Number four I wish I had stayedin touch with my friends.
And number five I wish that Ihad let myself be happier.
Which one stood out to you?
Which one is calling your heartto step out boldly and take
action?
You can do this.
If I can, anyone can.

(03:18):
I've been navigating a big resetin my business that I've spoken
about a couple of times on thepodcast, which has been one of
the most challenging, amazing, most stretching years of my life
as an entrepreneur.
And the other day fear, doubtand confusion came swooping in
again, trying to derail me forthe I don't know how many times

(03:39):
I sat down and asked myself apowerful question Maybe you've
done this before.
Fast forward to the end of yourlife and look back and ask
yourself what will you regretnot doing?
And in that moment there wasliterally no question in my
whole being that I am tocontinue stepping forward and
sharing this message that hasbeen on my heart for decades now

(04:02):
.
What is this for you, friend?
Have you taken time to askyourself important questions
like this?
This might be one that you holdand sit with for days and see
what bubbles up.
My 10 year old nephew recentlysaid to his mom be the main
character.
I just loved that.
How often are we not the maincharacter in our own lives?

(04:22):
Here's what I Hope that youhear today.
Someday is an illusion.
It's a comfortable lie.
We tell ourselves to avoidtaking action now and getting
uncomfortable, which is what wehave to do to move the needle in
our lives.
But here's the truth.
There's never going to be aperfect time.
The stars never align perfectly.

(04:44):
I spent years waiting forpermission, waiting to be
noticed, waiting for someone totap me on the shoulder and say
go, do that big thing that youknow you're here to do.
But I've learned that we haveto be our own permission givers.
Only you can see your innercompass.
Only you can hear that quietvoice of God inside guiding you

(05:04):
toward your purpose.
Here's my invitation to youStop waiting, take the first
step, whether it's signing upfor that course, having that
difficult conversation orfinally starting that project.
Do it now, your future selfwill thank you.
And if you're ready to makesome changes but you want
support, I want you to know thatthe doors are open to all the

(05:27):
things we offer here.
