Opportunities come in a variety of different ways, but it is up to you to recognize and capitalize on them. Dan did just that at the age of 21 when he purchased his first duplex. He gained a host of real estate experience prior to that when he was 16 and didn't look back.
Dan had no problem sacrificing his time for the wealth of knowledge that he received and eventually started Front Range Land after compiling everything he needed.
