Seagal as some kind of Robin Hood ends up caught up in some armored car heist and finds himself in prison. Luckily Treach takes a liking to him and helps him get out, now he just needs to get revenge on the baddies and make off with the cash. Do we at least get Seagal doing a poor sounding, racially appropriative accent? Absolutely.
