Two years into running my business, I’ve been reflecting on a big question: I’m incredibly PASSIONATE about what I do and I absolutely love what I do! But would I do this all over again if I knew how hard it would be?
One of the biggest revelations I’ve had since leaving my job at NBC to start Brandmagnetic is – entrepreneurship is not for everyone and it’s definitely NOT for the faint of heart. I’ve stopped telling people that “anyone can build an online business!”... I honestly believe that while anyone “can” do it – not everyone has the sheer grit and force of willpower to keep going when it gets tough.
