Sandra Smith is the Founder and Co-Director of Brittany’s Backpack Ministry which was founded in 2009. The purpose and passion behind the ministry are to honor the life and legacy of Brittany Nicole Smith who passed at the age of 8 from Asthma. In memory of Brittany, who was incredibly generous and fond of school, we provide food, school supplies, and other much-needed resources as well as sponsoring and hosting community events in our and other under-resourced communities. Our future goals include widening our reach of service to other communities and other states.
